"The lobby had a bad smell upon entering & there wasn’t any staff present. The lobby restroom was dirty. In the room: the bathroom door had severe water damage. Some of the towels were stained. And the body wash in the shower was empty before we ever used it. The carpets were dirty and stained. The ceiling had water spots. The sheets weren’t fully on either bed. The furniture had not been cleaned. There was not a coffee maker but there were supplies for coffee. The plastic on the disposable...
