Excelente Custo-Beneficio
Hotel reformado de frente à Praia de Junkanoo Beach e próxima ao centro de Nassau. Excelente instalações, boa internet e serviços adequados. Embora seja em frente à praia, não gostei da localização, pois achei o local deserto. Gostei mais da área da Paradise Island. O centro de Nassau praticamente fecha as 17:00 horas.

Courtyard by Marriott , não se engane com a assina
O hotel é bem localizado, porém a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, não há serviço de concierge, apenas um quiosque de uma agencia de turismo local muito ruim, pouca informação (isto qdo há funcionário). Nem o gerente geral, que é muito simpático, sabe dar informações básicas de turismo ou eventos que acontecem na cidade. Toalhas para piscina ou praia tem para quem chegar primeiro e sinceramente ....não entre na piscina é muito suja, serve apenas para as gaivotas se refrescarem. A rede Marriot deveria se envergonhar do serviço que oferece. Os manobristas são os únicos que dão algum tipo de informação útil ao cliente. Definitivamente não recomendo este hotel a ninguém

Hotel limpo com vista maravilhosa.
Ao viajar com uma amiga, reservamos camas separada mas nos deram um quarto com cama king size. O ar condicionado do quarto estava quebrado, estava extremamente gelado. Conseguimos um cobertor extra após alguma espera. Apesar disso, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis. A localização é boa, fica entre downtonw e o fish fry. A Praia em frente ao hotel é linda.

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this property, however I still decided to book. When we arrived it was amazing. All of the staff at this property were friendly, the rooms were clean, beach and bars were easily accessible, it was amazing. I would stay over and over again

Let me start by saying that the staff were all super friendly and kind. My gripe was with the overall condition of the place. I was booked for 4 nights and 5 days and only ended up staying 2 nights. Let me preface this by saying that they were undergoing a remodel at the time. With that being, the focus appeared to be more so on cosmetics vs build quality. If I could rate my first room out of 10, it would get a 2. The AC made a horrible loud obnoxious noise throughout the entire night, causing me to request another room. However, even the 2nd room had a similar issue smh. There were several nails sticking out the bathroom doors, stained areas throughout the entire room. The bathroom door would not stay close so it had to be left ajar. The water left a yellow stain in the tub which was very disturbing in of itself. There were several non-working elevators throughout the property. For a place charging about $200 a night, I was shocked. It’s like the company did not care about standards nor its guest. I believe they are able to get away with charging that much for deplorable conditions all because it’s the capital and they are right next door to a port for cruise ships. Out of my 35 years on this earth, this is bar far the worse place I’ve ever stayed. That is saying a lot since considering that I’ve stayed at $50 motels. The only saving grace is the location and their staff.

We had a one night layover in Nassau. The Courtyard Marriott was perfectly acceptable for an overnight. It was clean, the restaurant and bar were good, and all the staff were excellent.

Hotel is clearly old! They were clearly doing maintenance and chose to do heavy pounding and drilling from midnight to wee hours of the morning. Got no sleep. This was all despite several calls each night to front desk about the issue. Restaurant menu is the same every day! Not impressed not worth the money value. Will try the British Colonial next time.

Ceiling was linking at the entrance of the hotel, on my last day the hot water was not working. I was told I couldn’t get a receipt, there was on elevator. There was no microwave in the room.

For the price we paid, and the pictures that were shown online, this property did not meet our expectations. It was in very poor condition, other than our room, which appeared to have renovated somewhat recently. All of the common areas were rundown, and the dining options were very limited. The description and photos gave a completely different impression of this property.

The property is old and run down… The wifi in the room was the worst I have ever experienced… Breakfast staff and food were great… pool was also closed for no reason… very bad value for money! Cost $250 per night should have be around $50.
