This home offers all the amenities for an unforgettable Nashville experience. Relax in the living room with the 55" smart TV or grab a snack in the fully-equipped kitchen. Rest up after a big day of sightseeing or a long night of honky-tonkin' in one of the many comfy beds.

The front door has an electronic keypad lock with a personalized code that I will message you before arrival. Forget about coordinating your group's arrivals or deciding who keeps up with "the key." Just give your group the code and everyone can come and go as they wish. (The code is reset after each guest's stay.)

You will have the house all to yourself, but I will be available via cell phone if you have any questions or if you would like a recommendation.

Nashville requires short term rentals to be permitted for safety. My permit is pictured. Beware of unpermitted Airbnb listings.

This house is conveniently located near some of Nashville's hottest neighborhoods, including the Nations and Sylvan Park. This house is in a residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of my neighbors.

This house is located near Interstate 40 and Charlotte Pike, so getting around town is convenient. There is a bus stop nearby at Charlotte Pike and White Bridge Road but I would suggest Lyft/Uber or a taxi for transit. On site parking is provided (see listing pictures of parking pad).
