Please note, the entire house has central heat and air. Because heat rises and the upstairs was staying warmer than downstairs, we did install upstairs units to ensure that our guests were comfortable. In addition to the four beds, there is a single pull out sofa in the playroom (which does have a door to open and close) as well as a pull out sofa in the front living room. There are televisions located in the front living room, family room, playroom and master bedroom.
