Berry Hill is a cute and fun part of Nashville! There are cafes, escape rooms (the best one in Nashville is down the street!), bars and more within minutes of our home! You can walk to coffee shops and breakfast!

No parties or events
Pets are not allowed
Respect quiet hours (12 AM - 8 AM)
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels are provided. For longer stays guests are responsible for additional supplies.



The door code will be sent to you 24 hours before check-in. Reminder: check-in is 4:00pm and the code will not work before 4:00pm.

Parking: There is a double-car garage that you`re welcome to park in. To open the garage door, you`ll need to enter through the front door first (using the code) and open the garage door from the inside.

There is also a garage door opener on the kitchen island. PLEASE NOTE: if this opener is not returned there will be a $50 fee.
