Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, this modern 1 bedroom condo is perfect for couples traveling together, families, or larger groups (sleeps up to 6 w/ multiple sleeping options)! You can walk to several local neighborhoods including the Gulch with the "Wings Mural," the Music City Center, the bars on Broadway, and 12th South!

The building has a heated pool (currently open for the season) that opens in early March and closes some time in November. There is also a gym on site. The apartment includes a patio, WiFi, a Roku with basic cable thru SlingTV, and a walk in shower!

Inside the unit you will find everything you will need to relax and/or work on your trip. There are 5 possible sleeping options: There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a pull out queen size sofa bed and a full size Murphy bed in the living room, and a twin sized air mattress. The chaise of the sectional is very comfortable and can also be used. I also have another unit available in the building if you are traveling with a larger group.

The unit also features a huge bathroom that includes a walk in shower with frosted privacy glass, a makeup station, and a linen closet.

The building is safe and secure with a 24 hour lock on the main entrance of the building with a security guard on duty from 10 pm to 2 am on the weekends. Free parking in a gated garage parking space is also included, and there is plenty of street parking in the area if you are bringing more than one car. It is a residential building so please be courteous to the neighbors. The pool area includes a grilling area, and there is also a gym in the building.

The building is located in the Gulch South neighborhood, an upscale and safe neighborhood, that is about a 10 minute walk to the Gulch, the area of town which includes several murals including the famous "Wings” and several great restaurants and breweries including Sambuca, a chic live music joint; Party Fowl for Nashville Hot Chicken; Arnold’s, the best meat and three in town; and Yazoo Brewery and Jackalope Brewery, two of the original breweries in Nashville.

WiFi is included, and there is a Roku TV where you can catch up some of your favorite shows or watch basic cable through SlingTV. I also have a subscription to HBO Max. Basic hotel amenities and coffee are also included. There is a full set of kitchenware and pots and pans in the unit for cooking.

It is a short Uber ride anywhere in the city, but if the weather is nice, as it often is in Nashville, it is a short walk to a number of well known attractions and neighborhoods:

Check in is anytime after 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. Check in and out can be flexible depending on other bookings.

There is a 2 night minimum on reservations more than one month from today.
