Bridal Suite --> Elegant bridal suite on main floor with vaulted ceiling, lighted chandeliers, massive walk in closet, spacious shower, soaking tub, entry to outdoor patio.

My own bed please? Why yes :) House offers 3 Kings, 12 twins, and a comfy sofa for the fun lady in the group who drinks a tad too much and decides the sofa near the entry is a good spot to nap. (extra beds allow for more options on who sleeps where)

Gourmet Kitchen that's large enough for ample Chefs to share and open enough for a shared meal and sprawling snacks. Just steps away is a cute dining table area.

Per Nashville city ordinance - the house is available for 12 overnight guests. (For those hosting dinners/ corporate events -etc, additional guests need to vacate prior to 10:00 Local & city noise ordinances to be observed). property is in Downtown Zoning so Street parking is available (2 designated spaces in the rear of the home)

Safety / Security --> House includes an external camera system which you can view from inside the home. All Camera's are external and residents have 100% access and visibility of these camera's (Front Patio, Back Patio, City view Roof Deck)

It was easy to access and beautiful.

Wonderful home

I brought my daughter and her six friends for her 21st. The home was lovely, great size, decor was cozy and close to Broadway. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice and big for cooking. Working with Dallas was a delight. We will definitely be back to rent this home.

Perfect location

Our group had a fantastic stay last weekend at this property. The home is everything it claims to be. Tons of space, bathrooms beds, modern kitchen, outdoor space, everything you need. We also loved the location as it is walkable to the Broadway scene but is located in the Germantown area which also has many things to offer. I highly recommend this for your trip to Nashville!

Not worth my time or money

I definitely don’t think it was cleaned before we came. There was sticky stuff in the floor of the kitchen and of the loft. There was also trash in the bathroom trash cans , and the toilet had not been flushed or cleaned. There were stains on the bedspread and was not washed. The host tried to scam me out of more money. The listing says up to 12 people but the host tried to charge me for anyone after the first 8 people. I had to cut my numbers down to 8 the day before. The host has poor customer services skills and I will never stay here again and the house is in the ghetto but there were no issues with crime. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

The setup and location were awesome

The couch, living room chairs and duvet covers could use a good shampooing but overall great house, location and setup. We struggled to connect with the owner when we couldn’t get the temp regulated in unseasonably warm temps.

Great House!!

Birthday trip that included four (4) adult couples. House is absolutely beautiful! Very,very clean (I'm a freak about that). Rooftop deck is awesome. Great and quick communication with Dallas on any and all questions. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

Longtime friend trip

We had a group of 8 women, college roommate ! The house was perfect, beautiful 3 levels more then enough space and beds! The roof deck was a great plus to the home. The host was amazing with a early check in and answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions for the area!!

Bachelorettes in Nash

This stay was the perfect spot for a larger bachelorette group. Plenty of places for everyone to have a bed and bathrooms for getting ready with 14 women. The place was absolutely beautiful and only short trip to Broadway and to the airport. We spent a lot of time at the house and enjoyed the upstairs patio in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and in a safe location. Dallas was a great host, thank you so much!

Rooftop was such a bonus!

This house was amazing for our 15 person girls trip! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house is beautiful and very clean. The location was amazing, we were just a few minutes in an Uber from 12 South, Broadway and walkable to Oktoberfest! Perfect location and our host was GREAT with communication! One of our favorites was the rooftop space with the fire pit. We loved coffee there in the mornings and cocktails before we went out at night. It was such a great bonus to the already beautiful home! Thank you for hosting us. We had an incredible trip!

Girls Trip

The property was wonderfully located near all the best parts of Nashville. It was easy to get downtown to the store, the market and many Nashville restaurants. The home was beautiful, mych looked new and definitely well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and communicated well before and during our stay. The home was comfortable and very nice. Our only concern was the bed count and having enough bedding. There were 13 of us and there was not enough beds for our group. Most of the twins had trundles, so we were able to move mattresses around so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep! Unfortunately not all the trundle had sheet or blanket sets. We did have to put one bed together as the frame was in the closet and purchase a couple of sheet sets. The owner agreed to reimburse us, but we decided to rake the sheets with us! I would recommend this house to big groups, but first confirm the beds as needed for your group.

Creepy neighbors

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and overall we had a great stay with one exception. The house was beautiful and clean and great communication with the owner and he allowed us early check in which was so nice! Easy location to Broadway! The only complaint was a group of male neighbors who were video taping us in their apartment building (from the windows and from their deck) for over an hour when the group of girls was out on the roofdeck. We had asked them to stop video taping us but they continued. We even threatened to call the police so they would stop. Very sketchy and unsettling so just be careful and aware of that.

It was a very comfortable stay for a big group. The house is nice. Not close to downtown but we hired a shuttle nd took ubers/taxis. We had a great stay. Dallas/Property owner let us check in early and we appreciated that, since it was a short weekend trip.

All 14 ladies loved the house! Comfy couch and beds. We were able to walk to breakfast in the Gulch. Chose not to walk at night. Short Uber ride to downtown and Gulch.

Modern spacious property

Modern property with plenty of space. Awesome rooftop. Easy Uber ride to downtown. Neighborhood is up and coming so not the best for walking, but still had everything.

Great house with everything we needed!!

The house was perfect! Clean and beautifully decorated, the best part for our group was the quality mattresses in every room! We had a group of 8- our adult children and spouses and there was more than enough room for everyone and with beds left to spare! Dallas was amazing to work with and easily accessible at all times with answers to any questions I had! We will be back to Nashville and stay in the house again! Super convenient!

RENTERS BEWARE

Renters Beware!! We stayed here for a bachelorette party. Upon arriving we had to wait over an hour to get into the house. Dallas the owner had not yet given us the code to enter the door. Once we received the code the code would not unlock the door…. Phone call after phone call we finally reached the owner Dallas whom was very “short and annoyed with us” he tried to tell us the code was 4 numbers long and then later changed it to 5 numbers. Once we entered the house it seemed nice until we pulled down the sheets in the master bedroom and there was black hair everywhere. The microwave did not work and there was a large hole in the floor in the kitchen underneath the cabinet, which we tried to close ourselves (we were concerned something would crawl up through it) Fast forward to us leaving we received a message from the owner Dallas saying we were being charged an extra cleaning fee in which was a unbelievable amount. We had left that place cleaner than when we found it considering we had to wash sheets before sleeping. When he was asked for proof of us leaving the house a disaster he sent 4 pictures of small amount of glitter… all of which a vacuum would be able to quickly clean up. I would NOT recommend wasting your time with this property! Save yourself TIME and MONEY!

Nothing like the pictures

First of all the communication with Dallas was terrible. I messaged him asking him if we could bring luggage to the house because our flight was coming in really early. He wrote back and said "yes". I messaged him on VRBO, texted, and called several times on the day of arrival. Never contacted me back until AFTER the check in time. When he finally did answer the phone he was rude, acted like I was bothering him. There are cameras inside and outside everywhere at this property. The block that this house is on is in a very bad part of town. Two homeless people were sleeping on an abadoned couch at the neighbors backyard. Homeless people are everywhere near this home. Construction went on for two days when were there, loud jackhammers. Smoke detector is missing by the downstairs bedroom. All of the walls in this house are dirty and scratched up. Kitchen stool is broken. Microwave does not work. Ice maker does not work. The water pressure in the entire house was TERRIBLE. In the downstairs main bedroom the sheets were not clean and smelled like womens perfume. Tiles missing on kitchen floor by the vents. The upstairs balcony has several boards that are popped up. The upstairs bedroom with attached bathroom has a broken bathtub, it is so squeaky and loud when you stand on it, feels like it is loose. The kitchen faucet spins completely around it is not attached to the counter. I took video/pictures of everything that was wrong and broken in this house. It is too far from downtown. The description given for this listing is false.
