Love the game room, my favorite part of the property but the breakfast buffet was amazing. I honestly had never seen a hotel property as fully stocked with as much to choose from as this hotel

Rooms were lacking storage (no closets or dresser). Great for short stays. Rooms were basic but very clean. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

We were only at this property for two nights but the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and clean (the lobby was very clean too). Breakfast was included and had lots of options. For us, the negative issues would be that the bathroom air exhaust did not work well and the room did not have a lot of drawer or shelf storage (fine for a couple of days, but it would have been difficult for a week)

Lovely and well-appointed accommodations with helpful amenities. Was a very easy 10 min walk to Broadway. We even walked to the Gulch neighborhood. Friendly and attentive staff.

Was not aware of the 46 to pay for parking at hotel . The rooms are small . No closets . Small bathroom . Not much for your money . You pay for convenience of being downtown . Rooms were clean . Staff was good . Was only here one day .

Thought the parking was VERY expensive. Front desk service was helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. No closet in room - just hooks to hang clothes - still like a closet. Shower was great with lots of hot water and liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products. View from room could have been better. We overlooked a roof. Bed was comfortable. TV was challenging but finally figured out how to get regular live TV.

Nice selection for breakfast. Lots of activities available within walking distance. Pool area is nice but small. Nice fireplace by pool area. Pool is only three feet deep. Lobby area is large and has pool table and other activities. We would stay here again if we return to Nashville.

this hotel was in a great walkable distance from Bridgestone Arena and the strip. Breakfast selections were great! Better than expected for a continental breakfast. Parking was easy to access the hotel clean and secure. The only negative was the front steps had a little ice that accumulated on them with no treatment to clear it.

I stayed durign the middle of the week for one night on a work trip and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was SO helpful. The General Manager was giving out restaurant/night life recommendations and accommodated many of the guest's requests. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, the staff did a great job. And it is in a great location, walkable to Broadway and a ton of great restaurants.

The location is great and Broadway is an easy walk! The phone line was crap in the hotel and it took us multiple tries to get ahold of the front desk to get maintenance to our room for an issue. Extra charges were added to my card to once I checked out, so that is a strike as well. I’d stay there again if necessary but I would look elsewhere first.

As expected, there is some homelessness around the area, but it wasn’t an issue. As for walking to see live music, it was an easy walk. Great place to stay!

We could see our breath in our room as it was 56 degrees and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. Neither of these issues were resolved. This hotel was so terrible, we left a night early it was so bad. No hot water, it was filthy and the staff need TRAINING
