Within one mile of the home, you'll find numerous dining and drinking options, such as the popular brunch spot Geist, cocktail bar Mothers Ruin, and Central BBQ. The home is within walking distance to Germantown, Sounds stadium, Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Then just a short drive/uber to everything else Nashville has to offer!

This home is conveniently located near the highway, offering easy access to major routes. While the bedrooms are positioned in a way that minimizes road noise, you might occasionally hear the hum of a truck passing through the living room area.
The neighborhood itself is undergoing exciting growth, with a blend of newly constructed homes and classic older properties that add character and charm. This area reflects the dynamic spirit of a community that's evolving, combining urban convenience with a warm, neighborhood feel. It’s a great place to enjoy both modern amenities and local charm.
