The Southern Oasis - Quiet Country Escape with Pool

Welcome to The Southern Oasis!
This gorgeous one story barndominium style home has a sweeping open layout, industrial modern design, and large outdoor entertaining space with a private pool
and screened in porch that seamlessly infuses the indoor with the outdoor! Located just 30 minutes outside of Nashville in the quiet town of Pleasant View, this charming southern oasis will surely steal your heart!

Bedroom One - king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower, tub, and two sinks

Bedroom Two - queen bed

Hallway Bathroom - tub/shower combo and two sinks

Hallway Bathroom - Powder room with toilet and sink

Parking:
There is space for four cars in front of the home. Please do not park in front of the garage to the left of the long drive. (Please note that on occasion the owner of the home may pull up to the back of the property to access work materials from their shop. They will be discreet and ensure not to disturb guests.)

The Neighborhood:
Located in the charming small town area of Pleasant View, which is just 30 mins outside of Nashville. Nearby restaurant favorites include Sidelines Grill, Q'ued Up 615, and El Dorado.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

My wife and I stayed at the Oasis as a getaway. It was perfect. As we stayed in August, the weather was very hot but the pool was the perfect size. The sun hits on the pool all day. The entire house stayed cool, and that’s amazing because the house is huge. We cooked at the house every night and the host stocked the house with plenty of towels and washcloths. They even left us multiple pool towels. They communicated with us the entire time and responded quickly to all our texts.I will be looking to stay at any house from staylocal hosts.
