Read Before Booking:
- Not very walkable but a short drive to most Nashville attractions
- Located on the first floor, so some noise from above units is possible
- Near potentially active/noisy road
- Weekend parking can be challenging for 2+ cars, but overflow street parking available. There is one assigned parking space in the lot; additional parking in the guest and overflow parking is first-come, first-served.
- The home is 100% yours for the duration of your stay!

Layout:
This modern, stylish home is one level and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other bedroom has a full over full bunk bed *with a trundle bed* included. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living area, a fully stocked kitchen of supplies, with high end touches throughout, a charming balcony off of the main living area, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Parking:
Please park in the unit's assigned parking space. Additional parking is available on the weekends. See the digital guidebook or ask our guest relations team for more details.  

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. No grills allowed. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
