The Nashvegas

Think art deco meets old Hollywood feel in this brand new condo building. Located 1 mile from downtown Nashville and a quick Uber ride away, enjoy everything Nashville has to offer and come back to a picture-worthy spot with city views from the spacious balcony. Two bedrooms with three queen-sized beds and a custom bunk area open to the kitchen/living room. Two full bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a tub) and a fully stocked kitchen. Common areas as well including a rooftop deck!
The space
Two bedrooms and additional bunks off the living/kitchen area. This is a brand-new short-term rental building in Nashville.
We decorated it ourselves in the hopes that you feel at home with a twist (wink) while on vacation. With eclectic art, comfy mattresses, and frame/flat TVs in each of the bedrooms, you can log into your favorite streaming accounts.
We are still waiting for the patio furniture to arrive so our apologies for now and we will update when it does.
The rooftop deck is super cool and again brand new. See the pics on our listing. It offers both an indoor and outdoor area to hang with your friends and family but it is a common area shared by the other guests of the building.
This is a non-smoking unit. All we ask is that you be respectful of the space and enjoy the heck out of Nashville. So basically, don't destroy our place but instead tear it up downtown - ha.
Guest access
You will have access to the common areas as you walk in which includes a beautiful entrance and a small exercise room (I mean, really small).
Access to the spaces are accessible through an electronic app of which you will be given access to during your stay.
