The space
This home is from the 1930’s. Despite having numerous owners who modernized it, we were able to uncover some of its original charm!

Please note- being an older home it has charming quirks. The floors are not perfectly level so we do not recommend this home for people with mobility issues. The second bathroom has only its original clawtooth tub, no shower (there is a toilet). We find this endearing and love the nearly 100 year history! Also fireplaces do not function, they are sealed off due to age and only decorative now.

To note- there is no dedicated parking spot so you’ll need to park on the street.

Neighbors on either side are also airbnbs so lots in the area!

Please note, there are three units on the large plot of land so occasionally you will see other Airbnb guests walking around the back or around the side to get to the back to units. You can see the back to units on some of the patio photos. Only this house has access to the patio. The home is entirely private and not connected to any other homes. The back unit can be rented with this cottage if you need a larger space!
