The Carriage House at Timber Ridge - Brand New! See Next Door Property 320523!

Nestled in the middle of nine wooded acres, This NEW carriage house opened December 2022. This is our third vacation rental property. Each of them is entirely unique from other properties in the area (see the photos!), all with excellent reviews. This retreat has soaring cathedral ceilings with architectural beams, and a slate-surround wood burning fireplace. All firewood is provided. As a roomy two-bedroom 1,034 ft.Ā², one bedroom features a king bed, and the other bedroom features a gorgeous queen sleigh bed. The deck in the rear of the house allows for beautiful views of the forest. And the fire pit area is sure to be a hit with your group. It features giga-speed fiber internet with large smart TVā€™s in both bedrooms and a 65ā€ smart TV in the living area. It is only two miles from the Natchez Trace and 6 miles from downtown Franklin and Leipers Fork. The owners live in the house next door and only use the garage portion; the living unit described is your and yours alone!

Our property has an outdoor security camera focused only on the parking area for safety. Guest privacy is always respected.

A thoroughly pleasant stay for a week. The 2 bedroom house is spacious and recently updated with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. House is well outfitted, we wanted for nothing and this is coming from a fellow vacation rental owner of many years (in San Diego). Furniture was comfortable, beds were great, huge TV's in all rooms and shopping was nearby. One of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. We really enjoyed it.

Really enjoyed our stay here in the beautiful woods west of Franklin. The property is gorgeous and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The weather was perfect for having a fire every night in the fireplace. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time with our adult children and their significant others and our dog Maddie. The fire pit was really fun and we did some grilling on the deck. I would highly recommend the location and the experience. Great trip!

The Carriage House was a tremendous location to access Franklin, Nashville, and other nearby locations. Everything was clean and fresh. The house is very modern and attractive. It was very quiet overlooking the Tennessee hills. The location was very convenient for our family as we traveled into Nashville and visited family in the Spring Valley and Murfreesboro areas. The location is just outside the town of Franklin but close enough to get to anything needed. We will definitely stay again when we come to visit family in the future.

My husband and I went to a conference in Franklin and my mom came to watch our son. This place was perfectly comfortable for us and our sweet dog for three night. The location is close to downtown Franklin. The scenery is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home! It was quiet and off the beaten path but also very convenient to essentials. The home was clean, well kept, and lots of extra amenities (laundry detergent, dish detergent, lots of cooking utensils, and even coffee and filters!) We brought our small dog and it had a great area out back around the fire pit for her to play fetch while my husband and son tossed football. We were only here a short time but very much enjoyed it! 10/10 would recommend and would return if ever in the area again!

This place hidden in the woods with beautiful fall trees and such a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The inside is just gorgeous every thing so beautiful. The real plus the beds and bedding just wonderful made you want to sleep in all day! We loved it not one complaint, we highly recommend staying here! Thank you to the owners!

The coach house was wonderful. Loved being up in the trees. Great windows. Felt at home and so nice and quiet. Little deck area with a gas grill if you want to bbq and sit outside. We had perfect weather. Clean, Well Stocked, comfortable beds, A+ furniture and decor. We will recommend this home.
