2 UNITS! 4 BALCONIES! 8 Bedrooms! 8 Bathrooms! The townhomes has a beautiful open fully equipped kitchen. Each unit has 2 car garage and plenty of beds . These townhomes has everything you need to make unforgettable memories in Music City!

***We have Starbucks, Publix, Chase Bank at the Location***




Bed configuration -
First floor bedroom. (1) - 2 Queen beds+ 1 extra foldable bed
Second floor bedroom (2) - 2 Queen beds
Third floor bedroom (3) - 2 Queen bed + 1 extra foldable bed
Third floor bedroom. (4) - 1 King
Living Room: 1 Queen pullout sofa bed
(we have the same bed configuration for both units)
Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
This place has been planned thinking about you, the guest. Not one detail overlooked. This house is straight out of a magazine!

The complex has 6 side by side large beautiful NEW townhomes. The complex has the capability of holding up to 72 guests. Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We have accommodations that can fit any group size, so please inquire and we can find the best option for you!


This homes is located in the great part of East Nashville. East Nashville is currently going through a gentrification process. This means you will see new homes next to older.
East Nashville has been a popular hipster area for a few years now due to its proximity to downtown. We are part of the expansion area. We are just a short distance to award -winning restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and music venues, in hip East Nashville. The home is located 15min walk from Five Points (the heart of East Nashville) and 2.5 miles from Downtown Nashville.

Nashville Loft Life

The stay was fantastic! The loft was beautiful, clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was awesome and quiet! Just a few feet from Publix and Starbucks! Check in process was flawless! I would highly recommend and will stay again!

Great layout and location!

We rented two condos for our staff to stay at while in Nashville for a conference. There are three levels and each floor has its own bathroom. The layout was perfect for a larger group that wants to stay together while still providing private bedrooms and bathrooms for those of us who needed more rest/quiet space. I am very thankful for the host who was so patient with my many questions as I planned the retreat for our staff. Everyone said how comfortable the beds were and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway

This place was very clean and within walking distance to several restaurants. Being next to Publix and Starbucks was perfect. An easy Uber ride to Broadway. There could be a little better seating in the living room considering this houses such a large group, we were not all able to sit together easily/comfortably. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking!

Overall Satisfying Stay

The townhomes are authentically pleasing and clean when arriving. The townhomes didnt have extra toilet paper, but quickly resolved with the property manager. It may have been the days we stayed but on both weekday mornings, garbage trucks rolled up to the townhomes and Publix dumpsters at 6 AM waking up the household. Definitely the biggest con to the stay, however, overall impressed with the management correspondence.

Excellent location and space for a large group

This property was clean and offered all necessary amenities. The beds were clean and comfortable. The showers and bathrooms were in excellent condition. I would absolutely stay there again.

Awesome stay for bachelor party!

We had two of the units side by side for about 20 guests. It was a perfect location, just minutes away from downtown and right next to a Starbucks and Publix. Super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space. 5/5 can't recommend it enough. Make it easy on yourself if you have a large group and stay here.

Amazing Experience

Our stay with Itay was fantastic. We stayed here for a bachelor party of 12, split between two units. Itay allowed us to check in early, and was able to answer all of our questions. Having the Publix and Starbucks so close to the units was especially convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

We had 20 people stay in 2 rentals and we all had a great time! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms/getting ready areas to accommodate 20 women. Itay responded within minutes when I needed help with something. The neighborhood is very nice and the rentals were very well kept and clean. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for large groups

We rented two side by side condos for my wife’s birthday and our friends (11 of us in total). Houses easily fit all of us with extra room/beds tj spare. Could easily fit 12-14 people in each condo. Location is nice as only a quick 5 mile drive to downtown/broadway but still quiet when you want it to be. Backs right to Publix which is nice to get some things for the stay. Plenty of parking with 2 car garage for each unit. Lots of restaurants/bars within a mile as well. Would definitely texommend staying and going again

Everything we hoped for and more!

I can’t gush enough about this property! It was so beautiful, clean, secure, and perfectly located for our group! We had a wonderful stay and Itay was so easy to contact if we needed anything and easy to work with! The check in process was so simple and check out process was just as easy. Itay also provided us with recommendations of places to check out in the area which was so nice! I would absolutely stay here again when I visit Nashville next!

Amazing Getaway

There were 18 of us in our family group, which occupied 2 townhomes next to each other. The kitchen and rooms were so clean and beautiful. We had a 1 1/2 year old with us who enjoyed a walk in the morning. They had all the necessities of home , especially in the kitchen. The most amazing feature to me was every bedroom had their own private restroom. The Publix grocery right behind was so convenient. I definitely will be returning! :)
