Sink into any of the seating options that beckon you with plush textures and rich colors. The next level offers the Main Suite with a king bed, twin rollaway bed, and en suite full bath. The Queen suite offers an amazing, lavish Queen daybed with an 18-inch hybrid mattress and a twin trundle with a (real) mattress. Guests are provided a personal, unique access code to the home's secure entry. The property rental is of the entire home, driveway, garage, yard & back deck.

We provide a Welcome Book and are happy to offer our local recommendations so you can make the most of your trip! Guests are also provided with a 24 hour emergency number to call while staying with us!

2. Once you are booked we will send you a rental agreement we require each guest to sign, and we will need a credit card on file in lieu of a damage deposit.

3. We send you easy to follow check in instructions.

4. You arrive in amazing Music City, USA!

Please consider we are not able to issue a refund for your reserved dates if your not able to travel due to inclement weather (from either leaving your starting location, or getting into Nashville.)
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
