Welcome to Music City Hideaway, a 2-bedroom luxury condo.ā€Æ This East Nashville condo is perfect for a small family getaway!

The Space:
Upon entering this updated 2-bedroom, third floor unit you will be greeted with an open concept dining, kitchen, and living space.ā€Æ The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and the dining table can comfortably seat four, with a kitchen island that has enough space to easily seat two at its bar.ā€Æ There is also a Kuerig available for guests to start the day off right! Adjacent to the main living area is a master suite which has its own private bath, walk-in closet, and grandiose views of the city. Across the hall from the master suite is where you will find an additional bedroom that can comfortably sleep up to five guests and has a private full bath.

Bedroom #1, the master suite is outfitted with a king bed.ā€Æ This room is furnished with a cozy chair and smart TV.ā€Æ There is a connecting private bathroom which has a double vanity, shower, and bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2 is a guest bedroom outfitted with a bunk bed consisting of two full sized mattresses, and also has a twin bed pull out tucked beneath the bunks.ā€Æ It is also furnished with a smart TV and chair.ā€Æ The room is connected to a full bathroom shared with the living space.

Things to know:

-There is a private washer and dryer.

-A parking lot located behind the building for guests to park safely.

-On the property there is an outdoor area which has a firepit.

-Full equipped kitchen.

-An elevator is available for guests.

This location is ideal, as East Nashville is just across the river from downtown, a quick 15 minute drive away.ā€Æ From this location you will have easy access to exceptional restaurants, shopping, and breweries.ā€Æ And if you enjoy country music you are in luck; The Grand Ole Opry is about a 10-minute drive away from your next vacation destination!

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.

Family Vacation

Rental was clean. Unit was quiet (we have young children with early bedtimes). Rooms were a good size with spacious closets to keep suitcases out of our way. Our kids loved the bunk bed. Everything we wanted to see or do was within a 20 min drive from the condo.

Third Floor Non Working Elevator

I would not book this unit again.The listing clearly stated that an elevator was available for guests, but it was out of service for the majority of our stayā€”with no advance notice and no resolution. Whatā€™s worse, the unit is on the third floor, which was not disclosed in the listing.This created a serious issue for us: my mom has health limitations and was unable to leave the unit because she physically couldnā€™t manage the stairs. It completely changed the experience of our trip.I reached out to the host, who told me the elevator was a shared amenity and therefore not their responsibility. While I understand that the building may manage the elevator, it was still listed as an included amenityā€”and that mattered when I made the booking.There was no offer of help, refund, or compensation for the inconvenience. If accessibility is important to you or your group, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The condo was great. We were there for CMA fest which was all downtown and Nissan stadium. The location was so fast and easy to get to/from both these quickly.The elevator was broken on departure day so we had to go down 4 flights with all luggage and coolersā€¦which was hard. Hopefully it was fixed quickly for others.You might check the seal on the fridgeā€¦it doesnā€™t seal properly unless you close it hard and with purpose.Everything else was great!

Concert trip

This is a very nice and well kept home. Itā€™s located just a short distance from downtown and all of the other attractions we had on our list. The welcome package was very helpful in providing the essentials we needed. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very nice for a quiet place to stay just outside Nashville. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and a trundle bed. Many opportunities for sleeping options. Clean and well appointed.

Great, safe place short distance from Downtown

Pros:-You need a code to call the elevator from downstairs. No code, no getting up to the apartments. -Itā€™s 2 bedroom, but there was plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 teens). -It was quiet, never heard any of the neighbors. -Plenty of food options in either direction of the apartment. -Itā€™s about 15 minutes from Downtown, short 15 minutes though. Cons:-No washrags for showers. -Started running out of hot water by our 4th and 5th person taking showers, but easy fix is split showers, some at night some in the mornings. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great location. Safe location. Close to the attractions. Nice apartment exactly as advertised.

Oustanding Property!

The communication with the host was very easy; we were given great instructions about how to access the condo, and the condo itself was fantastic! The layout was very comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern, and it could not have been cleaner. The checkout instructions were sent to us a day ahead and were very easy to follow. I would not hesitate to book this location if you are going to the Opry or downtown Nashville as both were very accessible.

Wonderful

The place itself is great! Close to restaurants and grocery stores but not in the city. The apartment was stocked well and very clean. We went with our two small kids who both sleep in pack n plays when we travel. Both rooms have MASSIVE closets that were perfect to give each boy a space of their own. There is a fire station near by. Not an issue for us though as our oldest loves fire trucks.

Nashville getaway

Music city getaway was not too far from Broadway. We were able to ride our bikes into town by side streets and bike paths. There were several restaurants nearby. The place itself was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. We liked the security lock on the elevator. The management team were very helpful in allowing us to check in a little early and we were very happy there was enough room in the parking lot to park our 35 ft trailer during our stay at no extra cost. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Nashville Tennessee.

Very pretty

Condo is very nice, just like pictures. Bed was comfy, always a plus. I had several concerns and called grand welcome answering service three times. Customer service told me they would relay my messages and I would receive a call back, no call back. There was a snow storm and for unknown reason this caused the elevator to be shut down manually for our entire stay and as I am waiting for knee surgery this proved to be problematic. The parking lot was a covered in ice with no salt added, dangerous walking to vehicles. The other issues in comparison were minor. I will not stay again . Very disappointed in the communication
