We invite you to book your next family get away . Entertainers - bring your bus , we have parking and hookups : ! We have everything you'll need to host a formal or casual dinner by the pool. It's a great place to gather around the dinner table, by the pool and on the veranda for your morning coffee. We feature a huge gathering room with an 80 inch screen and a billiard table, Gym and mediation room . Great place to get out of the office and into a space to think , brain storm or just hang out and get to know others in your company or soon to be family !!. Only 30 minutes to Nashville airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville, Green Hills , Coolsprings Galleria, Vanderbilt and other medical facilities , and 10 minutes to Brentwood , Bellevue, and historic downtown Franklin. 5 minutes to Cheekwood , Bellmeade mansion, Ford Ice Skating Center, many parks and trials. Directly across from the street from the Harpeth Hills golf course and Steeplechase Equestrian center.
This is the perfect location for the Steeplechase, CMT awards or festival, Titans or Preds games or just taking in the beautiful sights and venues around Music City and or relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of that busy schedule. Daily rate is for up to 8 persons an additional $100 per night per guest over 8 up to 12. NO unregistered guest allowed on the property at any time . No parties or events allowed without prior consent and fees pay in advance. We reserve the right to decline at our own discretion. If a guest breaches our strict guidelines they will be asked to leave without a refund.

July 4th Getaway

Music City Manor was more than we could imagine. Michelle prepared the house for our daughterā€™s birthday and for 4th of July; that extra personal touch made us feel special. Michelle , the property manager could not have made this whole process easier. Communicating with her was effortless and every question was answered. It made sharing what the house offered with friends so easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful large home with pool in good location outside Nashville

Gorgeous, large, well-equipped home with 5 bedrooms, 4 with king-sized beds, perfect for a group of couples. The exercise room, swimming pool and pool table were an added plus. The kitchen was well-equipped. Michelle was very responsive and answered our questions promptly.

Great place for a family vacation

The house was perfect for our party of 12. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space but also places for all of us to sit together and hang out. We enjoyed the pool table, the outdoor pool, and the space on the driveway to play basketball and spikeball. The house is well stocked and the owner was very responsive.

Moms 100th Birthday Trip

We took my 100 year old mother to stay at this beautiful home to celebrate her birthday. It was exactly as described in the VRBO listing! Michelle was awesome to work with. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. And, the pool was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place with awesome pool

We had a group of 8 stay for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time! Michelle was great and so accommodating to our needs and the house was absolutely gorgeous. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and places for us to be together - it was perfect. The pool was incredible and our only lament was wishing we had carved out more time to just spend there!

Amazing in every way!

As soon as I saw this listing I fell in love with it! It was the perfect southern charm location I was looking for to celebrate my 50th birthday weekend in Nashville. The property was amazing and had plenty of room for all my guests to have their own private space. We enjoyed lounging by the beautiful pool all day before heading into the city at night. Michelle was the perfect hostess! She even added some personal touches to make my birthday special. She was quick to answer any questions I had and also shared several recommendations for local food and amenities. I couldnā€™t have asked for anything better. Very highly satisfied!

Spectacular!

Music City Manor was spectacular! A portrait of elegance, well appointed, yet cozy and comfortable. Centrally located with scenic surroundings. Our Thanksgiving gathering included eleven, which were easily accommodated with ample privacy and space for all. The kitchen was beautiful, extremely functional, and well equipped. Our host contacted us prior to our trip regarding Christmas decorations. This made our stay even more enjoyable, along with the gorgeous fireplace for ambience. Michelle was attentive and gracious. Music City Manor surpassed all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property.

5 Stars. My friends and I have traveled to Nashville for the last 25 years and have never stayed in a better place. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Michelle was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The house also had everything that we needed. All 8 guest had their own space, but there were many wonderful common spaces that we could gather in. I can't think of anything that could have made the experience better!!!

Just amazing- the perfect place!

We stayed at the property for my wife's milestone birthday. When we arrived we were greeted with music and snacks, and a nice welcome note. 10 of us close friends were looking for the perfect place when we came across this amazing house. Super clean, very spacious, private and amazing backyard with a pool, comfortable beds and huge kitchen. Michelle was amazing all throughout, answering all of my inquiries within the hour. I'd definitely recommend, and we will most definitely be back! Thanks for everything. You really helped us have a great time!

Much fun at Music City Manor!

My group of friends had a wonderful time in Nashville celebrating my birthday! The home offered everything a group of adults in their 50s could want or needā€”plenty of private space, bathrooms for everyone, a pool, comfortable spaces to gather. The home is on a road lined with luxury homes and itā€™s away from the craziness of downtown which is only a short 20 minute Uber ride away (super easy to get the Ubers too). Shopping was just down the road for food and necessities. Michelle was wonderful to work with and was willing to accommodate my pup if we ended up bringing her. She was great to communicate with before and during our stay and the welcoming snacks and water were much appreciated! Overall a wonderful place to stay!
