What a cute retreat for your Nashville experience! Fully remodeled 4 bedroom/ 2.5 bath, 2175 square foot home 4 miles from downtown Nashville. Large 3/4 acre lot. It is also on a dead end street. This home comes with a beautiful outdoor area that includes a hot tub, fire pit and an outdoor dining area. There is also a nice game room with dart board, Golden Tee, large TV, Karaoke with a stage and several games for your down time! This home is
perfect for a family getaway, bachelorette party or just to get away.

This house is located near the end of a dead end street. This is a well-established and extremely safe neighborhood.

Uber and Lyft are widely available. The area is not walkable. A car is recommended.

We had a great stay in a peaceful neighborhood! The place was exactly as described, and check-in and check-out was super easy. Our family of 10 really enjoyed this place. It had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. Our teen boys loved the hot tub, golf game, and darts.

Yes, hot tub was perfect, kitchen was well stocked, cooked several meals with all of the supplies needed. The location of the house was ideal! Perfect distance to and from Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman. Friendly neighbors! Beautiful yard!

Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had so many activities and amenities to enjoy—we never ran out of things to do! Quiet, safe location with lots of space and amenities!

Great location - approx. 15-ish minutes to downtown Nashville and 20-ish minutes to surrounding areas. Tucked in a quiet and safe neighborhood. So much space inside the house and the front and backyards. Firepit, jacuzzi (that now has a covered arbor over it), and great patio in the back. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Great game room inside with Karaoke, Golden Teen, darts, and card/board games. Spacious kitchen and combined dining area. Showers and bathrooms are great. Ample space in each bedroom with spacious closets/areas to keep luggage. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Friends Getaway

We planned a friends long awaited getaway to Nashville. Location was easy to find and a quick cab ride to downtown. The place was spotless, well equipped with comfortable beds. Hot tub was great. The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. My only suggestion would be some booklet of recommendation for restaurants and transportation and must sees. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful place to stay and perfect location

This is a perfect home for adults and children. There is everything there that you need and more. Everything was very clean, new and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and everything was there to get you going. It’s close enough to downtown but not close enough to walk. Plenty of parking and outdoor space and not too close to neighbors. We had no issues and the cousins sent us everything we needed to know before our arrival. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the stay.

Great Stay

4 adults and 5 kids and this house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of places to sleep and the game room was a huge plus traveling with kids! Check in and check out were super simple and host was very responsive. Would recommend!

Escape the city in the city!

This house was located in a very quiet, very nice neighborhood. There were neighbors nearby but they were very quiet. The back yard was very private. There were lots of birds, some squirrels, a rabbit, and the biggest groundhog I’ve ever seen! The house is located very close to the city, but it doesn’t feel like you are in the city! Being that we are from the country, this was wonderful for us! It took us just a few minutes to get to Opryland. The house was well equipped, clean, and well maintained. The game room had darts, an electronic golf game, karaoke, and several board/card games. There is a foosball table in the listing pictures but that was not in the house. There was plenty to do in the game room without it. The fire pit was fun. We roasted s’mores and sat by the fire for several hours one night. There is plenty of outdoor comfortable seating. The kids enjoyed watching the planes fly overhead as they were coming in for a landing at the nearby airport. There is a train somewhere nearby as well as we heard the train horn a few times. Neither the train nor planes were too loud or annoying. The hot tub worked well and we used it just a little bit because it was July and HOT outside. The house was big enough that our family of 5 could spread out and have our own space, but small enough we still felt together. The hosts were easy to contact and checked on us during our stay. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Family Weekend Getaway

We came with 10 people for my daughter’s 21st birthday. This location was perfect. Close enough to do some site seeing and close enough to do Broadway. We used Uber and we drove and paid to park. Both options were just fine. The house is suitable for all ages. The owners really do a great job from decorating to amenities. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great Location and House!

This VRBO was a great stay for a long weekend. Plenty of room to accommodate all guests sleeping and being at one location at once. The back yard had plenty of room and privacy from the neighbors. The host was great and even went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed before we even arrived. Very nice location to get to downtown areas as well as the airport. Will definitely try to book this home again for the next time I am in the area.

Guys golf outing

The accomadations were perfect. Hosts were very responsive when contacted. The home is comfortable and we really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Only suggestion is get some pizza pans for late night snacks.
