☆ New Rustic Loft ☆ Pool & 2 mi to Broadway & DT!

Cool off in the pool close to Broadway and Downtown! Now beautifully restored and converted to residences, the New Rustic Loft is rich with unique character from the building itself as well as Nashville's.

Reborn from a recent renovation of a 150+ year old tobacco barn dating back to 1865 - the year slavery was abolished in the US and also marked the end of the Civil War - this is a beautiful and unique space.

Surrounded by beautiful exposed brick, giant wooden beams stretch from side to side of the space, dwarfed by the high vaulted ceiling. Combine this with natural light from the morning sun and you find yourself in an extremely unique and satisfying space to start and end each day.

**Please note there is an elevator that goes to your floor (4th). It has temporarily gone out of service a handful of times over the last 18 months. The likelihood this will happen during your stay is very low, but I want to set appropriate expectations to ensure you enjoy your stay!

Directions to New Rustic Loft will be provided prior to your arrival. You will receive check in instructions that include a door code so you can access the building and loft at your leisure. Once on the property, you will have access to the 4th floor terrace, pool and self-serve guest bar. The pool is always open, but it is only heated enough to prevent freezing. Polar bear plunge anyone?!


**EXTRA CLEANING CHARGE**
An additional cleaning charge of $75 may occur if cleaning requires additional time due to mess left behind. This can be glitter or similar decorations that are timing consuming to pickup thoroughly, food, drink, trash, etc. Depending on the severity of the mess, this charge could increase without a cap. I reserve the right to charge any necessary amount. Please take care of my place :)

**BLACK TOWELS FOR MAKEUP**
Please use only the small black towels to remove makeup. If white towels are stained from makeup, you may be charged $10 each.
