New Pool! Family-Friendly House close to Downtown!

Summary:
Find room for every family member or traveling companion in our house that sleeps eight. Soak up the sun by the backyard pool. Step out of the front door for a plethora of dining options or cook your own in a full size gourmet kitchen. Catch up on work at a private desk. Break a sweat in the Peloton room.

The Space:
This new home is in the trendy Nations neighborhood of Nashville, walking distance from dozens of Nashville's best bars/restaurants/breweries and just minutes from downtown. Our spacious three bedroom home allows for plenty of privacy and room to enjoy your trip.

There is a fully-stocked kitchen, backyard oasis (cowboy pool, covered dining table, Traeger smoker...), Peloton room, washer/dryer, and 3 different bathrooms. It's the perfect spot for friends, families with and without children (dogs included), couples, or any group to come and experience everything that Music City has to offer.

Only a 6-7 MINUTE Uber ride to downtown and walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques in The Nations. You're very close to local hot-spots like The Gulch, 12 South and Midtown.

Enjoy high end finishes throughout the home - marble countertops, cement floors, walk-in showers, and so much more! The house has LOTS of space and includes 4 beds so everyone in your party can get a wonderful night’s sleep AND have an incredible Nashville experience.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in the Nations, which was voted Nashville's "coolest new neighborhood," located just four miles from downtown Nashville. Numerous bars and restaurants are walking distance from the house. Sylvan Park is right across Charlotte Avenue with dozens of other options.

Getting Around:
Walkable location we also recommend Uber/Lyft for quick + easy transportation!

Bus stops conveniently located 0.5 mile away from the home, and B-Cycle bikes available in Sylvan Park and off Charlotte Pike.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.

Note that the pool is closed during the cold season and open between April 15th and October 15th.

Both the pool is serviced on Thursdays.

We do not rent to locals within 50 miles without prior written permission in the message thread. If you book, you will be required to cancel.

We allow up to 2 dogs with prior approval and pet fee. Please follow "pet rules" in house manual (no pets allowed on furniture, dispose of pet waster, etc.)
