Quiet historic home in east Nashville

Julian is the gracious host of this east Nashville property. The home is well equipped and comfortable, with a lived in feel. The huge Shelby Park is a short walk away, with a community center and lots of walkable paths. A local coffee shop, the Frothy Monkey, is also just a short walk away and has some unique food choices.

Nice spacious home in great location

We stayed there with our 2 kids, 4 and 5. The house overall was perfect size, comfortable beds, and in a great location. There were some concerns we had upon arrival- the kitchen appliances and dishes just were dirty and overly used. There were 2 water glasses total for the 4 of us and the plates and utensils literally had sticky food on them. We ended up purchasing plastic cups and plates our own. The firepit outside was filled with muddy water which was to be our saving grace for the kids with smores. That being said- we did notify the agent and things were taken care of quickly and perhaps I should have said something on day one. One other thing to note which the mgmt did say they would take care of for future renters is that there were so many extension cords connected to extension cords- it was such a safety hazard for anyone. Overall the house was decent, not sure I'd stay there again just based on what we experienced but they did respond quickly and acted which was appreciated. So hopefully for future renters things will have improved

Perfect size and Perfect location

The house is perfectly located to restaurants , shopping and the Nissan stadium. We stayed the weekend for a concert and had everything we needed and more. All the comforts of home.

Excellent rental in fabulous neighborhood

Loved the location and enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened- in porch. Close to a beautiful park and also to many fabulous restaurants. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Julien was a great host and very responsive to questions.

Excellent location, adorable house

The house is adorable as is the neighborhood. Absolutely a perfect location, less than 10 minutes to the heart of Nashville. House was clean, communication with the property manager was extremely timely. House was well equipped. We had a perfect stay.

Perfect for our family vacation

The house held our family of 6 well, though we did not spend a lot of time there and were out exploring Nashville most of the time. The house is located in a great spot and it was quick to get to all the places we wanted to get to.

Great House

Perfect East Nashville hangout

This was my first trip to Nashville for both me and my Dad and this place is a perfect base camp to explore the city without being right downtown. Only a $8.50 Uber to Johnny Cash museum so right downtown for $8.50 and we walked home most nights which was only 30/40 mins casual walk. Also just in the neighborhood tons of great spots to checkout. Red Door Saloon, Dinos, Drifters all short Uber or walk and definitely all great spots for beer and food. Everything about rental was exactly as described and check in and all that stuff was seamless. Highly recommend it as a great way to see Nashville and stay in more locals neighbourhood. Excellent location in Nashville

This house was perfectly located for our family trip to Nashville. We brought razor scooters for our kids and were able to easily walk to coffee shops, stores, parks, and restaurants. It was also easy to hop in the car and head into downtown. We really couldn't have been happier with the neighborhood. The cleanliness of the house itself was not up to our expectations. We let the property manager know and he said he would address this with the cleaning crew.

Close to downtown, big backyard, clean

This property was only five minutes from downtown! Loved the backyard entertaining area. Clean and cozy. We stayed for a couple days and the owner was easy to contact.

Would definitely stay here again!

The house was exceptionally clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was within minutes to downtown and several excellent restaurants. The owner was very pleasant, courteous, and timely with messages throughout the stay. Excellent property for a great price.

Great place for family and fun

Love the location of the house, which was not far from downtown and other amenities. We fell in love with the screened in porch! We spent a great deal of time on the porch, probably the same amount of time we spent in the house. Also, we really like all the games made available to us.
