The Space:

Gulch Double is really two homes booked together, which means two kitchens, two living rooms, and two full sets of bedrooms for one group. Families traveling with kids, grandparents, or another family entirely can each claim a home and still meet up every evening without ever feeling crowded.



Home 1 sleeps its group across a king primary suite on the second level, a queen bedroom, and a third-level bunk room with two full beds and two twin beds, a solid fit for a family with kids or a second travel party. Home 2 mirrors that capacity with a king bed plus three single beds in its main bedroom, a second bedroom with two double beds and two single beds, and a third bedroom pairing a queen and a double bed.



Both homes open onto their own rooftop deck, strung with string lights and finished with neon signage, egg chairs, and an outdoor lounge around the fire pit. Spend the day around The Gulch and Broadway, then regroup on the rooftop as the sun drops behind the skyline before trading rounds at the living room bar cart and heading back to two separate homes to actually get some sleep.

Rideshare is the easiest way into Broadway, The Gulch, and downtown Nashville, with BNA Airport about a 12 minute drive away. Getting between the two homes and the surrounding neighborhood is quick by car for day trips and evenings out
