Two car garage connected to the home leads you into the bottom floor. Here you will find the first bedroom with two queen sized beds and two mounted flatscreen TV’s. There is also a full sized bathroom.
Walk up the floating staircase to the main level where the chef's kitchen, living room with pull-out couch, bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. Take the stairs to the third floor and you will find a full size bathroom, bedroom with a queen size bed and mounted TV, washer and dryer located in the hallway closet, then walk into the master bedroom with a king size bed, mounted TV, walk in closet and the jaw dropping view of downtown Nashville from your bed! You have your own personal balcony you can walk out on to peacefully enjoy the sunrises/sunsets overlooking the city. The master suite also has a connected full bathroom. Head to the top to enjoy the breathtaking rooftop deck overlooking the entire city!

You will have access to the entire home.Y ou will enjoy 24-hour access to the house via access code, therefore none of your guests will get stuck without a key and check-in and check-out are a breeze!

NOTE: Early check-in or late check-out are only possible if the booking calendar allows as we have many back-to-back bookings. Requests must be approved on a case-by-case basis. If they are possible, there is a fee for either checking in earlier or checking out later. Thank you for your understanding!

We provide- Hairdryers, Shampoo, Soap, iron & iron board, Fresh Linens, Fresh Towels, WiFi, K-Cup Coffee Machine, Hand soap and some basic cleaning supplies.

Please note: finishes and furnishings may vary due to wear and tear and replacements.

In addition to the cleaning, we have all the linens professionally cleaned by a company that does commercial laundry services for local hotels. There is also heavy construction at the moment from nearby site. Thank you for being so understanding!
