Only 30 minutes to Nashville airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville, Green Hills , Coolsprings Galleria, Vanderbilt and other medical facilities , and 10 minutes to Brentwood , Bellevue, and historic downtown Franklin. 5 minutes to Cheekwood , Bellmeade mansion, Ford Ice Skating Center, many parks and trials. Directly across from the street from the Harpeth Hills golf course and Steeplechase Equestrian center.
This is the perfect location for the Steeplechase, CMT awards or festival, Titans or Preds games or just taking in the beautiful sights and venues around Music City and or relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of that busy schedule. We love children but The Manor isn't recommended for children under 12 due to multiple levels and staircases . NO unregistered guest allowed on the property at any time . No parties or events allowed without prior consent and fees paid in advance. We reserve the right to decline at our own discretion. If a guest breaches our strict guidelines they will be asked to leave without a refund. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WILL BE TOLERATED. RENTAL agreement must include all registered guest , signed and return to owner prior to arrival along with a picture of the primary renters drivers license . Thank you!
