Property was very nice, clean, maintained. Tim is fantastic with communication and making sure we were well taken care of! Pretty close and easy drive to downtown as well, Iā€™d definitely stay again or recommend to anyone else I know needing a place in Nashville!

Everything about this property is amazing. The location is a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to everything in Nashville. Our room was clean with thoughtful details. Check in was very smooth and our host was so kind. I will be coming back and will recommend it to my friends.

Comfortable & Convenient

This space was perfect for our 4 night getaway. Everything about the space was wonderful. If going to downtown, Iā€™d recommend to purchase a rental car if you donā€™t want to order Ubers or take local transit. We took the Uber route, which was fine, but maybe purchase a rental car for a visit next time!

Wonderful Stay in Nashville

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property in Nashville for one night, and it exceeded all my expectations. Situated on the second floor of a charming house, the accessibility was not an issue at all. The host was incredibly accommodating, always communicating promptly and ensuring every need was met. From fresh towels and toiletries to plenty of snacks and water, every possible amenity was provided. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, adding to the enjoyment of our trip. The ambiance of the place was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Nashville. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

My wife and spend three nights, we enjoyed our time here so much. Tim is so nice to work with, he answered all of our questions promptly. Quick Uber ride to downtown, but lots of fun restaurants close too. Bed was so nice and comfortable, which is a big plus!! We would definitely stay here again the next time weā€™re in town.

Timā€™s place was everything you want in for a quick getaway. It was clean, cozy, perfectly located. Close enough to everything without being right in the middle of it all. This is our 2nd time staying here. As always, the place is clean, quiet, and just the right space for us. Itā€™s a short drive downtown. Several amazing restaurants close by. Tim is an amazing host and I highly recommend staying here.
