  • O GratiDude Lodge passou por uma reforma completa. Antes era conhecido como Lyric Spring Country Inn e era um B&B de propriedade de Patsy & Ed Bruce. Ed Bruce era um conhecido compositor e ator. Ele escreveu "Mamãe não deixe seus bebês crescerem como cowboys" e estrelou o seriado de TV ocidental "Maverick". Artistas country como Johnny Cash enfeitaram o Lodge e a mesma mesa de sinuca usada por essas estrelas está hoje no salão. Muito legal, né ?!

    Reservamos o alojamento inteiro como uma listagem no airbnb, mas também reservamos nossos quartos individuais separadamente. Se algum quarto for reservado separadamente, a listagem do GratiDude Lodge não estará disponível para reserva. Portanto, se as datas desejadas estiverem disponíveis, significa que toda a loja estará disponível.     Quartos:
    The Saloon: (Capacidade 2) Esta sala no térreo é configurada como um salão real com um bar (não fornecemos álcool, mas sinta-se à vontade para trazer o seu). Também possui uma mesa de bilhar. Uma cama de Murphy no salão pode acomodar 2. Tem um banho de meia. Os hóspedes podem usar o chuveiro no andar de cima, no saguão compartilhado pelos hóspedes do The Zen Den.
    * Suíte Creek View (4 pax): Esta suíte privativa no andar de cima tem uma cama king size e um beliche com banheiro privativo com um lindo chuveiro walk-in. Portas de correr privativas o levam até a varanda envolvente com vista para o riacho, com uma área de estar privativa para desfrutar de seu café da manhã ou uísque à noite.
    * Suite Pond View (Sleeps 2) Esta suíte privativa no andar de cima tem uma cama king size que também pode ser convertida em 2 camas de solteiro. Este quarto também possui um banheiro privativo. Portas de correr privativas o levam até a varanda envolvente com vista para o lago, com uma área de estar privativa para apreciar seu café da manhã ou uísque à noite.
    * A suíte Zen (dorme de 2 a 6) Esta suíte no andar de cima tem uma cama king size que pode ser convertida em 2 gêmeos e um banheiro que fica do lado de fora do espaço no corredor. Esta suite também inclui uma área de sala de estar com lareira e televisão. O sofá (sofá da sala - não um sofá-cama) pode acomodar confortavelmente uma pessoa e, em seguida, temos vários colchões duplos que podemos configurar para pessoas extras, se você tiver um grupo maior. Há uma entrada privativa para a Suíte Zen, que também sai para a piscina de água salgada no solo.

    * Creekside Studio (Capacidade 6): Esta é uma unidade secundária que pode ser reservada separadamente (isso NÃO está incluído na tarifa noturna do alojamento). O estúdio acomoda até 6 pessoas e tem sua própria sala de estar, sala de jantar, banheiro completo e cozinha completa. A área de estar pode ser configurada como um espaço de reunião para workshops, apresentações, ioga etc. Possui uma TV de tela plana de 82 "que também pode ser usada para apresentações multimídia.

    Os proprietários do GratiDude Lodge também possuem a conhecida propriedade adjacente, GratiDude Ranch, e oferecem a seus hóspedes a oportunidade de visitar a fazenda, conhecer os 27 animais domésticos na fazenda, incluindo uma vaca em miniatura chamada Red, porcos em miniatura, cabras, miniatura burros, um pônei e um cavalo junto com cães e galinhas!     Acesso para convidados
    Você terá acesso apenas à sua suíte. Os outros quartos da casa podem ser reservados por outros hóspedes. Se o salão não for reservado separadamente como um espaço individual, temos um espaço para os hóspedes jogarem sinuca.

It is perfect for a family getaway plenty of room to stay out of each other’s hair but good for all getting together as well. Kids loved the pool and the pool table. Easy communication with the owner if any questions arose.

Nashville Family Vacation

Our family with adult children and grandchildren do a summer vacation somewhere different each year. This was a wonderful home base to explore Nashville, Franklin and surrounding area with the pool a great place for down time.

Spacious family gathering

Wonderful spacious home for a family gathering. Loved the oversized kitchen and the property. The host was awesome! We were in town for my daughters wedding and now that she lives in TN we will definitely be back!

Host and manager were very communicative, patient and informative. Farm to table was phenomenal and the catering staff was so amazing to work with. Everyone was very accommodating, and we had a great time. The property itself is beautiful. Looking forward to returning!

Annual family vacation

We had a large family group at Lyric Lodge for a week. The property, including the home itself, pool, and all the rest was just what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware and everything we needed for cooking like pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the long table with enough chairs (and then some) to accommodate our entire group at mealtimes. It was also perfect for puzzles, card games, board games, and bracelet making by the kids. We made s'mores around the fire pit one evening. The kids also had fun in the shallow creek and feeding the animals nearby. A Publix as well as Wal-Mart were within an easy drive. We also made it to nearby Leiper's Fork and Franklin. All in all, a great family getaway the whole group highly recommends.

Christmas in July

We treasured the time together as an extended family and this house had so many outdoor gathering spaces! Every room was so comfortable and well done! We enjoyed all of the amenities - with the pool, pond, creek and hiking trails there was no need to go anywhere else for fun! The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all of our meals and we appreciated the good supply of towels. The dining area was such a great place to celebrate and be together:)

Exceeded expectations

This property and the owners exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely well stocked, and the layout was perfect for a large family gathering. The openness of the kitchen area was so nice, and the separateness of the sleeping areas was even better! The layout made it easy for younger kids to go to bed without being disturbed by older kids and adults. The pool area was large, spacious, and pretty. We loved the salt water pool (so much better than chlorine!). There was plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone and so many unique spaces for people to gather: pool area, upper porch with swings and chairs, brick patio with fire table, and even the creek just across the street had Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. The kids loved playing in the shallow cool water everyday and it was almost always shaded. The communication with Jason, the property owner, was quick and easy. He responded promptly and was always friendly and easy to work with. We scheduled time to visit his gorgeous farm area with many different animals, which was just a short 5 minute walk away. If you stay here, you must located the book that the owners made that shows the whole renovation process of the home. It was so cool to see how it started off and all the work and details they put into the property to make it as beautiful as it is. The thought and consideration put into this home is apparent throughout.

This property is a beautiful escape from downtown Nashville. Property is exactly as described and more. Perfect for family or just friends. Very welcoming and accommodating, easy check in and out.

Fantastic property

We had a family reunion and the property was superb! Very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from! Plenty of bath towels, wash rags and even had pool towels! Did I mention the pool was super clean, clear and heated?! Casual space with table and chairs along the creek made a great gathering place as well as a wonderful creek for the kids to play in! Owners or rather host, were very accommodating and ask us to text or call with any questions or request! Even took it upon themselves to invite us to bring the kids up to the animal petting area! Don’t know if anything that would have made it any better, unless they cooked our meals! Oh, by the way, they can invite you to a farm to table dinner! Thanks for providing us with a wonderful setting for our family reunion!

Fantastic Family Reunion or Vacation Property

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years with our four children and five grand-sons. Everything was perfect! There was plenty of room (both inside and out) for the kids to play without risk of breaking anything; we began most days with a short walk to visit and feed the farm animals; followed by fishing in the pond; then late afternoon bonfire, games and rock-throwing down by the creek. And after the little ones went to bed it was time for our evening pool tournament in the saloon with a nice fire on the adjoining patio. I also want to say that this is the best equipped property I’ve ever stayed at for meal prep. They had everything we needed to prep/serve 3 meals a day for eleven people. I highly recommend this property and will likely return sometime when it’s warm enough to take advantage of the swimming pool.

Grill was rusty. One of my granddaughters got stuck with a needle that was left in a drawer. Lounge chairs dirty. The steps are a little dangerous for Seniors.

Great Family Location

My wife and I took our children and their families to Gratidude Lodge and Inn and had a great time. There was plenty of space for each family to spread out and relax and plenty of space to have meals together and play games. We enjoyed the beautiful lodge and property, especially the pool. The kids also loved seeing and feeding the animals at the ranch. This was a great location for easy trips into Franklin.

Quiet Getaway

We had a wonderful experience staying here in June. There were 12 of us that stayed. Everything is so clean and comfortable. The pool is a wonderful gathering place for everyone. The kitchen is huge and such a terrific spot to make & have dinner with a large group. We enjoyed going to see the animals one day and the creek is lovely. We would gladly come back again!

Wedding weekend

Girls retreat

This property was absolutely stunning. I came with a large group of friends and we had a perfect weekend enjoying the property and the heated pool. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully outfitted for any type of cooking/baking endeavors. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Already planning next year

My friends and I had an amazing time at the GratiDude Lodge. The place was spotless, the property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. I echo prior reviews and recommend you rent the guest house as well if you want the property to yourself... we did. The guest house works great as an additional living room space and it's very close to the lodge. Jason and DeMarco were so friendly and responded to everything quickly. Such a cool spot, we're already talking about coming back next year.

Hidden Treasure

The property is very spacious, updated and clean. All the rooms are huge with new, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The saltwater pool is great and immaculately maintained. The owners were great at responding to questions and were very polite. They were very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Especially to the kids when they let us come out to see the animals at the petting zoo. The property sits about 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store, so be sure to stock up to save yourself multiple trips to and from. Only blip of the stay is the wifi and cellular connection in the area is tough and not reliable. The owners provide a landline which helps a ton for calling out and conference calls, but only reliable wifi spot on your laptop is the saloon/game room. Will definitely look into renting again if the owners feel the same! Thank you again for allowing us to use your family friendly property.

Great Getaway

We had a fantastic getaway for 2 weeks hanging out by the creek and then by the pool all day. It was a great change of pace from Chicago. We were the first family to stay there since they had remodeled and a few things were still being fixed, but once those were addressed, everything was great. Internet and cell service isn't the best which wasn't a big deal but we did have work so I would use the land line for conference calls. The creek across the street was a great place for the kids to explore and once the day warmed up they were in the pool the rest of the day. If you want it to just be your family on the property, I would rent the entire main house, and then the small coach house as well. We will be back again and bringing family.
