4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom. 2 Master Suites! Fully Furnished down to the bath towels and linens. Home is built and furnished in 2015. Fenced in Parking in the rear of the house. 5 minutes to downtown Nashville, Five Points, Titans' Stadium and the Farmer's Market.

3 Full Bathrooms with 3 full showers and a 4th half bath room next to the kitchen. Bedroom 2 and 3 have separate sinks from the shower to let everyone get ready at the same time.

The home had plenty of room for our large group during Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. We had plenty of parking space. I am a clean freak, so a new coat of paint on the walls would be nice and a bit more cleaning under the furniture would be great. Overall I would stay again.

There was good communication with the host until we left the property and sent him our concerns. He did not reply. The picture of the house on vrbo, one is grey, and 1 is tan with brown trim. It’s the grey house on the left. There was mold on the master shower door and around the floor. The house needs a deep clean and carpet cleaning upstairs. On the first floor the back door handle is broken. Luckily there was a prop that kept the door closed so no one could come in the back. We wanted to watch game day on espn but said this channel was not part of his subscription. When the host responded we were out so it didn’t matter but he said most people did streaming. There were no trash or recycle bins outside. He told us to put everything by the back door. The bedspreads had stains and the pillows on the sofa needed replacingWe still had a nice time tho. The neighborhood seemed fine. Close to The Pharmacy hamburger joint. Would not return

Location is great, very easy to uber anywhere, quiet neighborhood. House is clean and spacious enough for 7 of us. Could use some hand towels lol, but other than that it was a great trip! Dennis, the host, is awesome. Very attentive, responds very quickly to any question or issue without being intrusive in any way!

This neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The house has good space, enjoyed the balcony, parking was good, and the communication was good. They could use more towels and soap, but these are minor and would definitely stay again.

Overall I would not recommend. Was disappointed by the accuracy of the listing. The exterior photo is not accurate to the actual property. I cleared this up with our contact prior to arrival, but was a bit strange. The place was incredibly dusty. Surfaces, corners of rooms and walls were visibly dusty. We planned to save money and grill for dinner each night. Upon arrival the grill was not usable... not propane tank and no grates inside the grill. The first floor (particularly the master suite) was stuffy. We put the air as low as we were allowed to, but thankful we brought our own fan to help with air circulation. The area is up and coming, but not quite there to feel safe enough to walk around with family.

Spacious house

This house was great for our family of 5 including 3 kids and friends including three adults… 8 total. The house was big enough that we could spread out and get away from each other if we needed. The kitchen is big. Great counter space. There aren't many towels to choose from so we washed towels often. Maybe consider bringing your own if you’re there for an extended period of time. Overall we were super happy and will stay again of we need.

So quiet and close to everything

This house is probably the most quiet house we have ever stayed in. It is in a nice neighborhood that is very close to downtown Nashville but far enough away to be peaceful. There were seven of us and we all had plenty of space. The owners are seriously quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property.

We came to the home ready for Nashville. The accommodation was really great and the discription was accurate. The location was close to public transit and not far from all the Hotspots. There was plenty of space in the home and it was well decorated for that home away from home feel. t too far from any of the Nashville Hot Spota.

Sight seeing Tennessee

The house was perfect for my family (5). We had more than enough room to hang out after seeing the sights. Neighborhood was in a great location to get wherever you wanted to go. Our host were awesome to work with. Provided great recommendations. Only thing we would recommend is checking the grill and one of the beds up stairs. They could use a little updates. Would definitely stay there again when we come back.

We booked this house for a spring break concert for our daughter. The house overall is in good shape and not too far from downtown. The area around the house is less than desirable. We had a few issues with cleanliness and broken items around the home but the property manager was very responsive.

Absolutely perfect for a family stay

This was the perfect find for us in so many ways! Location is so convenient for quick, inexpensive Lyft trips to anywhere you want- Ryman, opryland, Belmont, broadway, etc. The host goes out of their way to welcome! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. The rent porch and balcony were perfect for morning coffee in the sunshine, even this time of year. Nice full kitchen with everything you need - plenty of garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, even really good Himalayan salt. Thankful for our gathering space! Felt like a home.

Problematic

We had some problems with stuck shower head, unable to turn water off and getting Wi-Fi because the antennae had been dropped behind a credenza. We had difficulty contacting the property manager but once we did the problems were resolved fairly quickly at least within 6 hours. Recommendations: The oven doesn’t work and replace the kitchen faucet . The faucet is ridiculously hard to operate
