WEDDINGS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS: The Lakehouse may be available for select wedding-related activities and private gatherings with advance owner approval. Bridal preparation, photography, and getting-ready use is available for a $500 property-use fee. Small approved gatherings are subject to a $1,000–$1,500 event-use fee, depending on guest count and the scope of use. Approved hosted weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, catered functions, or other larger events are subject to a $2,000 event-use fee. Event fees are separate from overnight lodging charges. Standard overnight occupancy remains limited to 12 registered guests. All additional attendees, vendors, catering, parking, decorations, music, deliveries, tents, setup, and other event-related activity must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unapproved parties or events are not permitted.

Inside, the home is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for groups. The home features five bedrooms plus additional sleeping spaces, including one king bed, three queen beds, and two sofa beds, giving guests flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. The three bathrooms offer convenience for larger stays, including a relaxing jetted bathtub and hair dryers for guest use.

The spacious living areas are ideal for gathering, visiting, watching movies, or simply enjoying a quiet moment. The game/theater room is a guest favorite, featuring a pool table, ping pong, large TV, and surround sound, creating the perfect space for movie nights, game nights, and rainy-day fun.
