I never stayed here but they charged me a full 3 night's stay. On the day of original check in, I immediatly noticed they gave me an unclean room. When I asked the front desk if they could vacuum the floor since it was carpet and hadn't been vaccumed from last guest, I was told housekeeping is gone for the day and no they couldn't.
I then asked for a different room and was told there is only a top floor available (I was travelling with a dog and prefer to not take long trips on stairs or elevators for the multiple times to walk her).
I informed them I could find another hotel since the room is unclean and can't be cleaned. They agreed and checked me out within the hour I had arrived - I never stayed in any room there They then charged me the full 4 nights stay and said ti would not be refundable.
I called the GM and all the front desk several times asking and explaining I had to pay another hotel for those days. They understood I never stayed at this hotel, and had to pay to stay elsewhere due to their unclean rooms, and they still informed me they would not be reimbursing since they have a no cancellation policy.
I used to work for Marriott hotels and would have never encountered this at any of the hotels where I was a sales executive. I am surprised a company can operate this way and take money for services or rooms they never provided due to their unclean room. Just beware if you are booking here in the future of their policies.
