One of the homeā€™s best features is the upper-level balcony which has amazing views overlooking brewery grounds ā€“ here you can play cornhole, enjoy the fresh air from comfortable seating, and watch your favorite shows or sporting events on the outdoor smart TV! Plus, don't miss out on our indoor game room just inside, complete with pool table, foosball, and wet bar - perfect for entertaining and having a blast. Come make lasting memories at this idyllic urban oasis!

Step inside Hello Goodbye and be delighted by the homeā€™s quaint combination of modern furnishings and classic design elements. It has a timeless style that's truly reflective of Nashville. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to please your culinary imagination! Stainless steel appliances? Check! Coffee maker and cookware? Of course! Relax at the barstool seating around the inviting island countertop as snacks are served - then gather 'round the formal dining table which can welcome up to 6 guests for family-style meals.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a half-bathroom.
- 2 parking spaces are available in the driveway.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The fireplace is NOT available for guest use.

The house was very clean, well-stocked with supplies. The location was good for easy access to local sights. The property manager was excellent. Felicia helped me with all my questions. She was always so pleasant on the phone. We enjoyed staying at this house.

Great home, Good location

This home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Fat bottom brewery is directly across the street which makes dinner super easy after a long day. It is a 15 - 20 minute drive to get anywhere but only because of Nashville traffic. The house could use a couple of arm chairs in the living room and you will need to bring extra bath towels and kitchen towels. Only 1 towel per person is provided. But the house truly is great!

Awesome house with amazing location

This property is in a great location for whatever you need to do in Nashville! We were there over 4th of July and could see Fireworks from the 3rd floor balcony from all over the city! Beds are super comfy, great water pressure and lots of parking. Brewery across the street was also fun!! We will book this again in the future!

Beautiful Nashville Home!

This home was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room to sleep and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the brewery across the steet and also checked out some great local restaurants. Loved Coco's! Would highly recommend this home for your Nashville stay!

Great BUT.......

Great location and house. However ceiling fan and light did not work in master which was a bummer. Also the complimentary items were low or out so needed to buy some more from the store. Overall great stay and would recommend!

Fantastic house

This house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Plenty to keep the teens occupied if adults wanted to experience downtown in the evening. I would 10/10 recommend others to stay here for a vacation.

Amazing House For A Guys Trip

Our group of 6 (40 y/o) loved just about everything with this house. Great setup, nice game room/balcony, and we took advantage of the Fat Bottom Brewery being across the street. Walking distance to several other places (pastry shop, gas station, fast food, etc). Literally ONLY downside to location was how busy the brewery got on the weekends, the massive amount of street parkers, and how fast ppl drove down the road despite how busy things were. I mean, we managed fine so didnā€™t ruin anything for us but straight up was the only downside for anything about the house. Everything else was amazing and we'd book over and over again!

Great except check in

The house and property were nice. I did contact the host in order to get it early check-in which was denied the original check-in time is 4:00 PM however I had not received any check-in instructions or code to enter the property prior to that. I used the app to message the host and never got a response in regards to check in process or code to enter the house. I ended up having to call Grand Welcome and speak to someone about getting the code to check in. We then were unable to get into the house until after our original check in time. The purpose of this trip was a surprise bachelor party. Unfortunately, we did not get in early enough to set everything up like we wanted and the groom had already arrived by the time we got in.

Home Away From Home!!

We enjoyed our entire weekend stay at this property. EVERYTHING was clean, neat, and felt like home. We had everything we needed within the home to complete our stay. Directly across the street from the home was Fat Bottom Brewery which made it a + for us all.. Overall itā€™s a great home & location being just minutes away from down town. The trip was originally booked for my dad but unfortunately he fell sick just two days before the trip. So I will be booking again in March!! Thank You All ā£ļø

Amazing House with a Great View

This is absolutely the PERFECT home to stay in for whatever your Nashville Plans are. Located right across from a beautiful brewery with great food and choices for beer, overlooking downtown. Great location, tons of space, amazing outdoor patio set up, and 3rd floor entertaining space. Beautiful kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this home. We did have some things pop up, I LOVED the communciation with management company, leading up to our trip, easy check in, and follow up on the items we needed. Rented a lot a VRBOS, one of the top by far! You can easily have 10 people in this space comfortablely. The only issue is parkinf and that is just the area and space its located in, if you have more than 2 cars, make sure you reach out beforehand to know where to park, and if you are traveling within elderly or handicap individuals (which I do often, just not this weekend) this is not the house for you. But again, nothing against the home, its amazing and beautiful and a hidden gem. Highly, highly suggest this home!
