This home is cute and very comfortable! It has everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy the privacy of a corner acre lot w/private fenced in back yard; this little bungalow brick house has 2 bdrms, office w/twin bed, sofa queen bed, comfortably sleeping 8, queen air mattress and pack-n- play. Full bath and a 1/2 bath, galley style kitchen, laundry room w/washer and dryer, living room w/fireplace, all on one level.

Enjoy the peaceful outdoors and relax on the front porch swing or rocker. The large back yard is surrounded by a privacy fence and has a good size deck for sunbathing and relaxing. This home has everything you need to feel at home while away from home. It has a complete kitchen;(Pots/pans, dishes, dishwasher, stove, over range microwave, refrigerator. The laundry room has a washer and dryer (plenty of detergent). There are hardwood floors throughout and also a cozy gas fireplace.

This is such a cute neighborhood. I have always felt safe taking walks around the neighborhood anytime of day. Seven Oaks Park is a short walk away, featuring one of the best disc golf courses in Nashville, tennis courts, covered picnic tables, and kids play area.
Located right off Murfreesboro Pike with access to Briley Pkwy, I-24 east and west, I-65 south, I-40 east and west and I-440. The airport is about 5 minutes away, Opry Mills approximately 10 minutes, and only 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Inexpensive ride with Lyft or Uber pretty much anywhere and a mile walk to the major bus line.
Queen Air Mattress, pack-n-play and highchair available upon request. $100 per pet. Stay’s a month or longer will have a higher pet fee. Pets allowed Only upon owner Approval. $75 early check-in or late check-out fee.

Pets are allowed on case by case basis with pre-approval only.
Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and NO pee pads are allowed in the house. Pets must go outside to the restroom and guest must clean up after your pet. Any feces outside that has not be cleaned up, if pee pads were used in the house, or any evidence that a pet was on the furniture will result in an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $100 which will be deducted from the deposit. If you show up with an unauthorized pet, you could be asked to vacate the property and be charged double the pet fee.
If any smoking is done in the house there will be a $200 per day fine deducted from your deposit.
Do Not Move Furniture. This will result in a fine of $100 and any damages caused.
