Check-in: 3 pm CST
Checkout: 11 am EST
You will receive a keycode one day prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $25.00 per hour for up to 3 hours with prior notification. Please contact us at least 1-2 days before your arrival to check the availability.

If you plan to arrive or depart more than 4 hours outside of the posted check-in/out times, we suggest including the pre/post night in your reservation, or contacting us to see if we can block the date at a discounted rate.
Please note: Last minute bookings, scheduling or maintenance issues may arise. Therefore we cannot guarantee the rental will be available for early check-in/late check-out.

No smoking or vaping inside the townhouse. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outside trash can only. You will be charged for any smoke-related cleaning.
No pets are allowed except for service animals. Please let me know ahead of time if applicable.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. You will be asked to leave the property with no refund if there is excessive noise or complaints from the neighbors.

You can contact me via preferably VRBO message, phone, or text for any questions or issues you may have during your stay. I am also happy to meet you in person if you’d prefer.

Neighborhood Description:

Nashville is known as the Music City of the U.S., most famous for its country music scene and the Grand Ole Opry, but there’s so much more to this vibrant city. A diverse array of neighborhoods makes up the fabric of our community. You’ll find an endless supply of food, shopping, events, sports, culture, arts, and parks.

Our Berry Hill neighborhood is located just south of downtown and is home to many eclectic shops, international food, music recording studios, and much more. It’s one of six “satellite cities” in Nashville, named after the W.W. Berry family, whose farm was here before the town, was developed.
Some of Nashville’s most popular restaurants and bars are located here, including:
