You will have access to the entire home, from the front door and roll up door. Remote access will not be provided, however keys and codes will be provided as necessary.

We don`t have early check in or late check out. We stay firm on that. The cleaning crew does not need to be rushed, we want them to have the place perfect for you, and for the next guest. We appreciate your flexibility!

Many guests do not rent a car, this is perfectly fine at Dogwood House. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. If you would like a grocery run prior to (or during) your stay please message the host 24 hours prior to arrival and we will gladly make a grocery run for you.

Convenience fees for Grocery Run: 5% of total added for convenience, $5.00 delivery fee and $0.20 per Item, payment is due on delivery by cash or card, you will be provided a receipt. If payment is not ready upon delivery you will be charged through Airbnb with a 15% late fee added to the total. Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver upon receipt of packaged groceries. No Alcohol can be delivered with this extra service.

Berry Hill is a city within a city. Surrounded on all sides by Metro Nashville, Berry Hill is a quiet 2 square miles filled with restaurants and over 40 recording studios. Many of the recording studios have fantastic murals. It`s worth a walk around the block!
