Marathon Weekend
This was a cute little spot with decent walkability to some of the marathon route. Pancake Pantry was a good breakfast walk!The parking garage never had any spots available for us. Once we found a decent spot on the street, we used Lyft and Uber. Overall, it was a comfortable stay! Whenever we had a question, it was extremely easy to text the management and receive a speedy response, regardless of the time of day! That was greatly appreciated!(The cleaning fee was very hard to stomach though!)

Cute stay
Pros. Location was is a good spot for us, super cute, feels like home, has essentials for starter stays. Cons. The View was terrible which brings me to my next Con, Privacy. Your eye level with parking garage on one side and construction on the other. There’s no curtains in main area. We noticed we were the only 1 or 2 apartments with Zero blinds or curtains. You’re in a fish bowl for ALL to see including Construction Crew. We had to buy more towels because 1 per person wasn’t enough and non provided for pool. Parking wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible either. It’s based off of A FEW open spaces where first come first serve. I did base this visit off of having a nice Gym, it wasn’t worth it. Now, we enjoyed our visit and would stay again if somethings change/added just maybe stay more towards top floors as whoever was above us ran track meets every night into late night… annoying!

PLEASE READ THIS if you’re considering renting this condo or if you already booked it! We just got back from a really fun trip in Nashville. It was our first time there and had a great time. I booked this rental months ago. Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews again until a couple days before the trip. That’s when I saw complaints about the lack of privacy that weren’t there previously. I reached out to the management company to ask if blinds could be installed before we arrived. I know that sounds dramatic, but from what the reviews said, i didn't think that was unreasonable. Anyway, they didn’t install blinds and I never heard back from them. It’s safe to say YOU ABSOLUTELY ARE IN A FISH BOWL! Everyone can see you! We didn’t feel comfortable hanging out in the living room, especially at night. We had to retreat to the bedroom earlier than we would have liked. The worst part was when window washers were literally hanging in the windows! I had to snap a picture for proof then run in the bedroom until he was done.The complex was nice. Parking is kind of weird. The location is great (Ubers were about 10, even on a crazy busy Friday night, which was nice). Parking during the week downtown was very easy to find and pretty cheap (try to park at a meter if possible). The Mexican restaurant on the first floor was really good and the drinks were better. All this to say, this condo was the only one I saw without blinds so if you can, book ANY other unit than this one!

The apartment was great: clean, comfortable, safe, and spacious. Check in and check out was easy and plenty of parking in the building’s garage. The ONLY complaint is that there were no blinds in the living and kitchen areas. The place has nice large windows and it faces the parking garage, so there is no privacy, particularly at night.
