- Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.
- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

We loved this clean and quiet stay!This is the perfect location if you are flying into Nashville with limited luggage. We were coming in from a road trip and had a lot of luggage and things to carry up to this 2nd floor walk up. There is no parking on site, so it was a bit of a struggle to get settled in. Thatā€™s on usā€¦ the property is awesome!The amenities are nice and the bed was fabulous! Slept like a dream! We would stay here again if flying into Nashville.

This spot was just lovely! Right in the middle of all the action, but somehow still nice and quiet. Space was fantastic and well-equipped. Bed was comfy and shower pressure was great. Communication with management was easy and quick. Would def stay here again!

Came in town to see PJ. Never been to Nashville. Location was perfect and Doc Holidays next door was a bonus. We felt safe and secure our entire trip. Such a short walk to every place we went. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway, the property was clean, very secure and around the corner from Broadway. Parking garage was easy to access with a short walk. Great view of the river!!

We stayed here for the Zach Bryan concert at Nissan stadium. The location is perfect as we were able to just cross the river and be there. If you plan on going out at night this is a perfect spot. The host was super friendly and helped out very much with any questions I had during the booking process. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here during for a work event after opening a new restaurant on Broadway and it could not have been more perfect. It was so convenient for small meetings with colleagues. It was some how so close to everything yet perfectly quiet to get things done. Shannon, the property manager so so helpful and easy to communicate with. I couldnā€™t be happier and was so grateful for this property. I was pleasantly surprised how large the living space was and the table was a perfect dining or work space. I would recommend for personal and professional stay for sure.

The manager was professional, informative, and accommodating! She responded very quickly to any messages. The condo is very clean and perfectly located for a downtown Nashville stay! Bed was comfortable! I would definitely stay again.

What a great location! It was so close to everything we wanted to do which made it convenient to stop back to rest or change clothes when we felt like it. And despite being so close to Broadway and Doc Hollidayā€™s right next door, it was extremely quiet. The loft itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Parking was also close. Finally, after a long day of music and drinking, what better than ice cream right across the street!

This cute loft has a great location that is just steps from Broadway and a short walk to the Nissan Stadium. While I was here on business, I did walk Broadway St for a little fun. Very clean and secure location, and the bed was super soft and comfy. I will stay here again on my next business trip, if the property is available.

Love love loved our stay here. It is in the absolute perfect location. Literally located on top of bars one the street next to Broadway. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, and everything youā€™d want to be near. The place was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive when I asked if I was able to check in a bit early and the woman who was cleaning the room even walked me up to the correct room. 10/10 recommend. Although a little pricey, I would say the price is comparable for the location and the place itself.

Unit 5 is located in the heart of downtown Nashville on the riverfront directly across from Nissan Stadium, next door to Doc Holiday's Saloon. We booked this luxury condo so our adult kids and their spouses could meet us for a fun-filled extended weekend exploring Nashville after a long COVID-related non-traveling year. This unit in particular was easy to enter (door codes), one level entry with 12 stairs to bedroom inside, exceptionally large waterfall kitchen island perfect for meal prepping, large 8-person conference/dining table, supple and snuggly 4-person leather sofa and oversized chairs to watch the large TV (or the fireworks at Nissan Stadium) or the river roll by. The pullout sofa came in handy one night after competitive board games ended (no drinking and driving) while the main bedroom was well-appointed and cushioned our heads in comfort. The unit is less than 20 steps from Broadway & 2nd giving easy access to live music (never heard it inside our unit), dining, shopping and scooter rentals. Our family cooked in, ate out, drank and sang, boot scooted and Lime scooted across Nashville during a quick 4-day trip. We had a blast and will return, especially to Unit 5 later this year!

The Unit was decorated very nicely, just as the pictures showed. The unit was a bit dusty in spots, but generally appeared clean. The host was quite responsive when we had trouble finding the remote for the TV in the bedroom. Our largest complaints are about what wasn't shared until 1) after we booked the unit and 2) we arrived at the location. After booking, information about the parking was included in the confirmation note. The closest parking is a block away and it is $40 per day. We spent $120 on parking. The confirmation note also instructed us to park in front of the building with blinkers on to unload the car. That worked out okay. We were able to load our things onto a cart we found in the hallway. Once we arrived, we learned that the unit was not in a condominium building (which wasn't indicated, it was our assumption). The entrance was a doorway that took us into a hallway with an overwhelming smell of cigarettes next to a bar with loud, live music. With that said, the entrance to the unit is quite secure in that there are two code required doors you must go through to get to the hallway that leads to the unit. Again, the unit was nice, but we could hear the music from the bar coming from the closet. If you ask, "Why not simply close the closet door?" We did, only to be overwhelmed, once again, by the smell of cigarettes coming from the bar when we opened the closet door the next morning. All of our clothes smelled like cigarettes. As we were packing to leave I noticed the air freshener in the closet. I guess it was meant to disguise the smell. It didn't work. All of our outer clothing (slacks, jeans, sweaters) had to be laundered or sent to the cleansers when we got home. We don't smoke. It would have been nice to know that the unit is position over a bar. The stay okay, since we left early in the morning and returned in the evening, but we had to walk through the hallway which wreaked of cigarettes every time we entered and and exited the unit -- along with the smell in the closet. Consequently, we wouldn't book it again. I can't help but think that certain information is intentionally not included in the up front description of the unit.

We stayed here at Danielleā€™s property 1/2 block from Broadway and on the Riverfront for a long weekendā€¦ we couldnā€™t have picked a better spot! Danielle was an AMAZING hostess and was so very gracious and accommodating to us 50+ Year old moms! The unit was everything we could have wanted and more. Secure building with a kitchen, large bathroom and large master. The pull out couch was comfy, too. There were no windows, but we didnā€™t mind a bit. Cool art on the walls took care of that! Canā€™t wait to come back! Thank you, Danielle!!! I give you 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5!
