Comfortable Accommodation:
- Two distinct homes: The Maxwell and The Hart, each comfortably sleeping up to 19 guests with dedicated beds.
- The Maxwell offers a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, plus additional queen and full/twin trundle bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The Hart features a primary suite with a king bed, office nook, and spa-like bathroom, two bedrooms with twin beds and trundles, a full bed with twin trundle, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
- Note: If you have 20 guests, please bring an air mattress or inquire about our rental package to accommodate your group.

Here are a few simple reminders for your stay:

- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and properties with the same care as your own home.
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 month, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
