- The Hart accommodates up to 9 guests with:

- 2nd Floor Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds with 2 Twin Trundles
- 2nd Floor Bedroom 3: 1 Full Bed with 1 Twin Trundle
- Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa

- Please note there are enough dedicated beds for 19 guests. If you have 20 guests, make sure to pack an air mattress or ask us about our rental package!
