Relax & unwind in this beautiful, newly restored 1940s bungalow in a quiet & desirable East Nashville neighborhood. A tranquil escape amid the hustle & bustle of the city & sleeps 6 comfortably. We are just up the road from all of the hip attractions of East Nash, & only a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the Broadway strip. **Please Read & accept house rules BEFORE booking**

The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated 1940s bungalow where historic quaintness has been updated with modern design and comfort. Our comfortable space sleeps 6 and boasts a completely upscaled kitchen with all stainless appliances, a 5 burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. You can listen to the birds sing songs while enjoying a cup of coffee on our oversized deck in one of the deep, comfy chairs.

-Central Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation system.
-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, some spices, coffeemaker, coffee, creamers and sugar to get you started.
- Driveway space for two cars and free street parking! Please be mindful of our neighbors and park only in front of our home!
-Dining area with table that seats 6 and extra seating at island with barstools
-Living room with plenty of seating to relax and watch TV with streaming services! Living room opens to dining area and kitchen for open concept living space.
-We provide a welcome basket with some light refreshments for you to enjoy!
-Fresh bed linens provided. Each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as wash cloths for makeup removal.
-We provide one *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee, if you need more, you can stock up from the grocery store (Kroger, and Walgreens are nearby).
-In home full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use!

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!

HOUSE RULES
A great deal of passion went into designing and building this space so that it would be both beautiful to behold and to experience. Please help us preserve it for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in.
There is no smoking allowed inside the property or near entry doors.
We love animals but please no pets.
Please remove any decorations you put up, including any tape residue, and refrain from using any confetti or glitter.
Should anything get damaged during your stay, we ask that you let us know.
Please note that the cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess and excessive damage or mess will result in withholding of deposit.

NOISE:
Our property's quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs should be PRE-ARRANGED in order for us to be able to accommodate. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Early check-in and check out may be booked for half the nightly rate upon availability. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs may result in a $50 late check-out fee

Also, please note that we have two exterior Ring cameras used for security and safety purposes.. One is on the bnb's entrance door and the other is off the deck

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire first floor (all the areas photographed) and the large exterior deck.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is close to everything you need. Mitchells Deli and Dose are nearby and it's a mile to Riverside Village, which is a little pocket neighborhood where you will find two bustling blocks filled with Nashvillians, restaurants, shops and street art and Amelia's Flower Truck!

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyfts are readily available!

Other Things to Note:
While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use, and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!

Interaction with Guests:
We live upstairs in a completely separate, private apartment and will completely give you your space and privacy unless you need us!
