Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.

Cleanliness is always at the forefront of our minds. Rest easy knowing our newly, renovated home is throughly cleaned between guest visits.

Outdoor Theater: You will need your own PC or MAC computer for the outdoor projector. We do provide a HDMI cable chord. Simply connect your computer to projector with chord and live stream your favorite show or movie on the BIG screen! The projector is stored in the laundry closet off the kitchen.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
Guests are required to digitally sign a rental agreement, which will be sent to them promptly upon completing the booking process. The rental agreement contains important terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to the stay. Failure to sign may result in reservation cancellation or limited access to amenities in the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
