Nestled in one of the city's trendiest neighborhoods, 12 South/Melrose area, this songwriter's townhome is decorated with the theme of her award winning Faith Hill song "Breathe" as the theme. The walls are adorned with lyrics and awards from her song. This three story home has plenty of space for 10 people and has a new mattresses, fine linens, towels, toiletries, welcome snacks and wine, keurig coffee maker with creamers, and paper goods to get you started. It also has a fully equipped modern kitchen! At Breathe Nashville, visitors are close to all the action. Only 15 minutes from the airport and a 5-10 minute uber ride to all of the action on Lower Broadway. Close to Belmont and Vanderbilt and a short walk to nearby 12 South's amazing reastaurants and shops. like Edly's Bar-B-Que, Mafiaoza's, Taqueria del Sol, Embers Ski Lodge, bartaco 12 South, or Josephine just to name a few. For desert, enjoy an ice cream cone from famous Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream or a melt in your mouth donut from The Five Daughter's Bakery. You can shop at Reese Witherspoon's store, Draper James, or enjoy many other stores and boutiques like Serendipity, Savant Vintage or imogne + willie. Fantastic Place in Nashville!!

We rented Breathe for Belmont graduation weekend. There were six of us and we had the best time! The place was beautiful and Stephanie was so responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze! The house was super clean and wonderfully decorated. We had plenty of space to hang out together and play games as well as our own space to rest without being on top of each other. We also could walk to Publix and a few places to eat easily. Highly recommend staying at Breathe! There are a lot of steps so if anyone in your group has a hard time with steps, you may want to consider that. But for us, it was PERFECT and we were able to just focus on our celebration and spending time together!!

Breathe Nashville

We were in Nashville for my wife's birthday and to see our favorite band for 3 nights at the Ascend amphitheater. Location is fantastic as well as the amazing townhouse. The unit has everything you could need and was so clean. It was very peaceful and quiet. Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom, which is very nice.The only thing better was the host Stephanie. She was so helpful and quick to respond for any questions we had. Comfortable accomodations

Bedrooms were good size, beds comfortable. About one mile walk to 12 South shops. Other good coffee shops and such only a block or two away. Lots of cobwebs in the windows, both inside and out. Outdoor space was not comfortable as it was super buggy too. Front door is kind of tucked back off the main street, behind other buildings. Had one evening where the bachelorette party next door was a bit loud in middle of the night. Overall, a nice place and Stephanie was super responsive and helpful.

Perfect!

This property is perfect! It is in a great area- easy walk to 12 South area with lots of great shops and restaurants. The home is decorated so beautifully and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host Stephanie is just the sweetest, and very prompt in answering questions. We would love to stay here again if we are in Nashville!

Fabulous Townhome close to All the things!

We really enjoyed the stay! The inside was clean and comfortable. Stephanie was great with communicating and very responsive by text. It is only a 5-7 minute drive to Broadway and walkable to shops and restaurants. The Publix at the end of the alley was an added bonus of convenience for the teens to get snacks :)

Wonderful Girls Trip

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls trip and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was fabulous she responded back and forth with us immediately with a few questions we had. The townhouse was clean, and the furnishings and finishes were great. I’d highly recommend this home for a friends weekend. Just a quick cab ride to downtown.

Perfect, beautiful, convenient place!

This was my second time staying at Breathe. Once again, the property was in impeccable shape and cleanliness. It’s beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided, including some nice snacks and K-cups. Stephanie is a terrific host, very responsive and flexible. Breathe comfortably housed my three friends and me. The location is terrific, a short drive or Uber to the Gulch, downtown, etc, and within walking distance of a Publix and slightly longer walk to 12 South shops and dining. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying there as the neighborhood was nice and having a market and a few restaurants close by was very convenient. It was also easy to get to downtown and local areas using Uber. My family loved the decor as well. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

Bachelorette Party

Breathe Nashville was the perfect place to stay for a Bachelorette Party - plenty of beds, bathrooms and space. The decor was beautiful and well done! Stephanie was very responsive to our questions. We really liked that we could park all 4 cars at the property as well. The location was perfect to everything we were doing. We were able to use Uber constantly the whole time. I would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect home away from home!

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. Stephanie was such an amazing and responsive host. Her home was perfect for our girls trip. We had plenty of room to sleep, hang out, and eat. There is a grocery store that is a 2-3 minute walk from her place that made it convenient to cook our own meals. I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and her home, we will definitely be back!!

Loved it!

My family stayed in this apartment for 3 nights, and we truly enjoyed how comfortable and beautiful it was! Our host was extremely helpful and responded within minutes of any question I had. The area was perfectly close to everything yet perfectly distant enough that it was quiet. We felt it was a safe area coming in and out at night, and appreciated the remote door locks!

We were in town for a graduation. I had not spent time around 8th ave or 12 south. Both good areas. Easy access to do the strip using 8th ave. Very clean. Stephanie is great!!

The property is located in a very nice safe and conveniently located neighborhood. We walked to 12South and caught a bit of the Marathon. It is very easy to get Downtown or into East Nashville from this location. The decor of the home is beautiful; the furniture and beds were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family who visit Nashville.

Perfect girls trip spot

We had a group of 6! Everyone had there own bed! Very spacious environment and clean!! Easy Uber approx $20 each way to Broadway. Safe area! Stephanie was great at communicating and accommodating our requests. Awesome spot, highly recommend!!!
