This is the perfect destination for a family retreat while still being only 30 miles from the heart of Nashville! The best of both worlds- a private and peaceful property while just being a short drive from the most popular places and restaurants Nashville has to offer! Enjoy the privacy and seclusion on this remote arm of Old Hickory Lake. The home has a large game room that flows into the back patio and pool. Take in the views of the dock and beautiful sunsets while playing yard games and relaxing in the hot tub. Boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

The home is pre-set for 11 guests but can hold up to 15 upon request and approval by the owner. A large group fee may apply. Can easily accommodate 15 people with twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses with foam toppers. Available upon request. Boat slip use is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance- pontoon boats only. Fee would apply. Boat dimensions will be needed.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
