Private home, short walk to Harbour Island beach! Central A/C, family friendly!

Newly renovated, and within walking distance to the Harbour Island private beach less than a half mile away. Our home features central air, a large private yard with a small deck, patio furniture, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Close proximity to Galilee, the Block Island Ferry, and three of Rhode Island's favorite State beaches. We offer complimentary bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels, hand soaps dishwasher and washing machine detergent, free coffee and tea and a stocked pantry (condiments spices, cooking oil and all utensils). We also provide beach gear including a wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella. Games, high speed wireless internet and a large smart TV round out the package!

This lovely cottage was perfect for our small family for our first visit to RI! We loved the picturesque Harbour Island neighborhood and the central location with easy access to the beaches as well as sightseeing in Providence, Newport, and Block Island. The house was super clean, nicely updated, and well appointed; we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a welcome gift, kcups with sugar and creamer, condiments, household supplies, etc. Jared was an attentive host with excellent communication throughout the stay. We hope to return!

RI Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of June. The cottage was immaculate. The host thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was quiet and convenient to beaches. I loved sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs reading after time at the beach. The outdoor shower was another highlight. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Exceptional Experience

I have just returned home from an exceptional vacation! I cannot emphasize enough how impressive this property is. It matched the host's description and pictures perfectly. The moment I walked in I noticed the pristine condition of the home, along with its lovely decor. It was equipped with all the essentials for an enjoyable beach vacation. The backyard and outside shower were impressive as well. While the neighborhood is charming and private, it's location is highly convenient, making it easy to access everything the area has to offer. Finally, the hosts are amazing and attentive making the check-in process so seamless. I am already planning my next trip

Wonderful stay in beautiful location

My in-laws had a great stay at this property! We needed some flexibility with dates and the hosts were very accommodating. Check in was easy and came with a welcome packet. The cottage is small but modern and immaculately kept. Great outdoor shower and nice lawn with fire pit. The neighborhood is beautiful and a short walk to a pretty marina. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, modern cottage in a quiet neighborhood

Our family gathered in the area for a beach vacation. The cottage was very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. We loved that there were beach chairs, beach mats, and beach towels for us to use. Our grandson loved walking down to the little harbor through a quiet and safe neighborhood. We would love to come back next year!

Beautiful, clean beach house

It was a beautiful and spotless beach house. The owner answered all our questions and is very close to the property in case you need anything. Cleanliness of a hotel but privacy and space of a home- best of both worlds. The house includes beach towels, chairs, all the kitchen supplies, even coffee and condiments. But you also only need to strip beds and put up dishwasher when you leave. (We stayed at a different place that came with nothing and required like an hour of cleaning in addition to a cleaning fee.) this was so much better. Perfect getaway. Jared and his wife are excellent hosts and we would definitely rent from them again. Enjoy your stay! Thank you

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed here for URI Graduation Weekend. What a great place! It was clean, comfy and had lots of little extras! The location was perfect - easy to get to campus, the beach, restaurants, etc. And a shout out to our host, Jared. He was so flexible when I had to cancel and re-book. If I had a question, he responded immediately. If back in the area, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

Check-in was a breeze, open the door to a spotless house with fresh, clean linens. All furniture and appliances are updated. Quiet neighborhood and just a couple minutes away from the town and state beaches. Would certainly return!!!

Great stay! So easy and fun!

We love the Narraganset area, it's so family friendly and accessible for many things. This was such a great rental for our family to do everything, and closely located to all the activities we wanted to do. Check-in/out was so easy, everything on the property was so well maintained, extremely clean and stocked for everything you need, and the owner was responsive to any questions within minutes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Lovely place

Cottage was immaculate, perfectly well equipped without being cluttered-had everything we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. Neighborhood was quiet, walkable, peaceful Beaches, restaurants, etc all nearby. We’re looking forward to renting again next summer.

Excellent in all aspects

Perfect house for me and my sister's weekly beach vacation. Jared thought of everything - didn't need to bring a thing other than clothes and yourself. Outdoor shower is the best one ever. Very responsive! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing rental!

My best friend and I stayed at this house July 2023. My family (parents) have been renting homes in Narragansett yearly for the past 40 years and as I have gotten older I have been doing this with my family. Now that my son has a family of his own they rent a home and usually my husband and I have started to rent a smaller home each year. This year my husband suggested I do a girls trip and we found the perfect house on 70 Beach Plumb Road. I have NEVER rented a home in this area that truly included everything. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cooler and even a beach wagon! Bath towels, paper products even condiments and spices. Jared, home owner and host, was amazing. We could not get the outdoor shower to work (total user error) and he arrived within 45 minutes to show us how to use it. So embarrassed to have him come all that way and he arrived with a smile on his face and said it was absolutely no problem and made us feel at ease even if it was our fault. This home is spotless and obviously well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I am just hoping that we can rent again next year! Lovely Cottage

Charming cottage - stayed there with our 2 little ones - 3 months and 2 years. Jared very kindly put childlocks on the cupboards and outlet covers on the outlets just for us! Place was clean, cute. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was super nice with the kids. Location is great - went to the beach every day! Very cute back yard as well.

First trip to Narragansett!

This property was everything we expected and more! Myself and my two children stayed comfortably in this home and Jared and Beth stocked the house with everything we needed during our stay. The house is clean, cozy and perfect for a getaway. We loved grilling and having fires in the backyard every night. The neighborhood is quiet and only a quick walk to the beach (which was very easy thanks to the wagon left for beach trips!). My two kids were very sad to leave and we can’t wait to return next year!

Great stay!

Stayed here with my sister while we visited my nephew who was staying in Rhode Island for the summer. Very quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from any location in the beach area, so very convenient. House was super clean and perfect for the two of us. Much better than staying in a hotel! Hosts were quick to respond if we had a question. Great stay!
