There are 3 flatscreen TVs - one in LR, 2 in BRs allowing separate viewing privacy if needed

5 minute walk to Mettatuxet Yacht Club and Beach and community playground, tennis/basketball court

5 minute drive to Kelly beach in Bonnet Shores which is a drop off/pick up only, no parking beach that I have beach rights to and a beach pass for.

5 minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach. Daily parking at the Town Beach is available for non-residents however nonresidents are required to park in the West Lot. Parking fees are $10.00 per vehicle Monday through Friday and $15.00 per vehicle on weekends and holidays (Cash and Credit Card accepted). Beach parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. The West Lot, for nonresident parking, is located across the street from the South Pavilion which is located at 39 Boston Neck Rd. Daily admission is $12 per person per day and is not transferable. Children 11 and under are free.

If interested, you can purchase Bonnet Shores Beach Club (BSBC) guest passes from me. The following rates apply for the purchase of daily guest passes. Guest passes are not refundable. These rates apply to all ages.

Monday thru Friday — $15
After 4 PM Monday thru Friday — $5
Saturdays — $30
Sundays — $30
Memorial Day, July 4th Victory Day, Labor Day — $45
Sundays between July 1st and Labor Day — $45
Fireworks Day Special Event Pass — $50

No After-4 pass can be used on Memorial Day, July 4th, Victory Day, Labor Day, and Fireworks Day.

BSBC is a Private Beach Club with pool, bar, restaurant, grill and ice cream/pizza parlor.

15 to 20 minute drive away depending on traffic to Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler, Salty Brine and East Matunuck which all offer non-resident parking. Non-resident season parking pass $60. $12 daily parking fee Monday through Friday. $14 Daily parking fee Saturday/Sunday/Holidays.

This season parking pass would also allow you parking at Charlestown Breachway, East Beach all about a 30 minute drive away.

5 minute drive to Narrow River Kayaks where you can rent kayaks, SUP boards and canoes
