The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. "The room was excellent, the location was great, it was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. The host was very nice on the phone and seemed welcoming and enthusiastic! She was helpful when I accidentally booked the room twice on VRBO and helped me get the refund. It would have been nice to have been greeted in person when we arrived. And it would have been nice to have a dining area available for breakfast instead of having to bring breakfast up to our room on a tray. We did not see...

"We had a great stay at Point Cottage. It was a perfect haven for my husband and me and our dogs. It’s in an adorable and quiet neighborhood less than a mile walk north of downtown, so quite convenient. The large fenced in backyard was clutch. The house is cozy and true to New England style. Our host Kathy was super accommodating and responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again!"
