"The room was very well set up with microwave and fridges, and cutlery, crockery for 3. Also a small table with chairs so very easy to organise your own breakfast. Blackout curtains were excellent but a Venetian on the car parks ideal let in a lit of light from the very well lit carpark. Overall comfort was slightly diminished for a light sensitive sleeper."

"Staff were amazing. John was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Great value for money we stayed in the Family room which was roomy clean with a nice bathroom. Easy access to airport and John let us leave the car at the motel while we travel to Bali, saving expensive airport parking fees. One of his staff even dropped us at the airport. Highly recommend for short stay if flying out of Newcastle Airport. "

"Room did not meet the photos at all! The fridge was off therefore no milk to make a beverages. The manager was excellent and dining staff were very friendly and helpful, our meal was good quality."

"Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Only thing which needs to be updated are the towels, they are very thin, small and old. We did get woken up by carpet cleaners, was very loud, which was also annoying. "

"The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Giant cockroach crawled across the floor of my room. Sheets of paint peeling from walls and marks on walls and door like a horror movie. Heavy smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the hallways but thankfully not in my room. Quite far from city centre and tourist spots. Photos do not accurately represent the current state of the property - misleading, false advertising. "

"Great value hotel in a lovely location with views over Newcastle harbour. Very modern vibe with great tech features in the room. Breakfast at the Monte cafe was excellent. Would recommend for a short stay in Newcastle. Only negative for us was the beds were too soft and air con quite loud, so had to turn off to sleep. Otherwise excellent. "
