Villa Teresa is a prestigious house for newly built holiday totally independent and elegant Moorish style, the soft and light colors of his modest furnishings provide a bright home and relaxed.

It is located in Puglia in the marvelous Salento in a quiet hamlet called Boncore totally surrounded by the enchanting Apulian countryside and cool pine forests for walks
or outdoor sports activities.

Located just 900 meters from the crystal clear sea of Torre Lapillo, one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world, a few kilometers from the typical tourist town of Porto Cesareo with its marvelous marine protected areas and very close to the white sand dunes of the turquoise sea of Punta Prosciutto, also well connected to reach the airport, the station, the port and the most important cities and surrounding tourist destinations.

The ground floor consists of an open space that characterizes the living area with a modern and comfortable kitchen equipped with utensils, large cupboard with 40-inch flat-screen TV, entrance wall, double sofa bed, puff armchair that becomes a bed, bathroom of service with washing machine. The sleeping area is on the first floor with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. In total seven beds with two services.

In the garden of Villa Teresa there are moments of true relaxation both on board the lovely mini-pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy and in the shade of the particular Moorish-style patio with table, chairs, sink, cabinet and barbecue. The garden furniture is completed with two sun loungers and two very comfortable outdoor armchairs. Bicycles and a parking space are also available.

The hamlet of Boncore is untouched by traffic and enjoys a strategic position to reach the sea without difficulty, it is easy to park and in the immediate vicinity there are church, bakery / focacceria / artisan pastry, supermarket, bar, tobacconist and less than 1 km in the town of Torre Lapillo there are numerous bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bracerie and fish shops.

Check-out by 10.00 am - check-in starting at 16.00.

The services included in the rate are: welcome gift, utilities, initial and final cleaning, bed linen, wi fi, kitchenette including utensils, bicycles, barbecue, set of towels per person per stay only in July and August.

Extra charge for:
- Towel set € 10.00 per person per stay (a shower towel, a face cloth, a guest towel and a shower head)
- Tourist tax € 2.00 per person for a maximum of eight nights, less than 12 years free
- Daily cleaning to be booked and paid on arrival.
- Security deposit of € 200.00 to be paid on arrival will be returned at the end of the stay if the house is not damaged.
