Apartment sleeps 4 for vacations in Sant`Isidoro just 200 meters from the beach with crystal clear sea and equipped lidos. The house is developed on the ground floor.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, ceiling paddles, electric oven, TV, mosquito nets, outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

apartment located on the ground floor of the small complex I Raggi di
Sole is an independent vacation home with its own entrance.
A small gate leads to the veranda, from which you enter the house.
The
interior consists of a large living room, furnished with 1 double sofa
bed and 1 double bed, separated by a curtain, the eat-in kitchen and 1
shower room.
At the back there is a large, partly shaded
courtyard, furnished with sitting area and equipped with outdoor shower
and independent gate.
Air conditioning is in the living room. There are also ceiling fans on the double bed.

The complex of 2 apartments Villino I Raggi di Sole for vacations in Sant`Isidoro is located in the center of the pretty marina of Nardò, on the Ionian Sea.
All
the main services are at hand and within walking distance, including
the beautiful small beach, both free and equipped, less than 200 meters
from the property. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 41 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
