A modern holiday home, its architecture is influenced by the southern Mediterranean style and it`s surrounded by an entirely fenced garden. The outdoor area can be used as parking area, but it`s also equipped with a dining area under a big umbrella, a small verandah and the area at the back of the house with outdoor shower and sink.

The holiday home for rent in Boncore is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of a bright and airy living room, the well-equipped open kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and television. Moreover there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor, with air conditioning in the corridor, consists of 2 bedrooms (master bedroom and twin bedroom) and a bathroom with shower.

The surroundings 
The modern holiday home is in Boncore, part of Nardò, on the coast of Porto Cesareo. It`s one of the most loved tourist destinations, thanks to its beautiful beaches and sea. The sea and centre of Torre Lapillo are 1 kilometer away, the supermarket is 450 meters away, the bakery and tobacco shop are 300 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 49 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
- One bathroom has no bidet.
