Welcome to our holiday home, the sea view is stunning.

It is a 90m2 duplex in a very cosy villa with two bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 4 people in great comfort.

All-inclusive: cleaning, bed linen, towels and a wonderful welcome by Mélanie!

On the ground floor, a beautiful kitchen opens onto the terrace (you are both indoors and outdoors). Its generously sized central table, with a porcelain stoneware top, serves two functions: a worktop and a convivial meeting point. Perched on a bar stool, you can keep in touch with the blue of the sea while sipping a chilled fruit juice.

In summer mode, this space is designed to take full advantage of the mild Mediterranean climate. A large pocket sliding door connects the room to a large 50m2 wooden terrace. There you will find a barbecue, garden furniture... By the sea, the indoor-outdoor relationship is essential.

On the sleeping side, still on this level, an air-conditioned bedroom and its en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower occupy an additional 20 m2. There is a 160cm (king-size) bed. A small sliding glass door gives direct access to another wooden terrace.

The first floor is a 45m2 luxury hotel-style suite, which is also air-conditioned. As in a suite, you can open up the whole space or separate it with a large 3.60m sliding door.

A balcony overlooking the sea extends the space, and the view widens. On one side, the small port of Narbonne Plage, on the other, the rocks of the Spanish coast. Between the two, the immense sandy beach.

Mineral tones dominate the large shower room; 2 washbasins and a walk-in shower complete the comfort space of the house. There is a 160cm (king-size) bed.

Separate toilets, one on each level.

Narbonne Plage is a small family resort; on one side, the small port of Narbonne Plage, on the other, the rocks of the Spanish coast. Between the two, the immense sandy beach, the sea, and our flat.

Here, you don't need to take the car. Everything you need is nearby: the bakery, the butcher, the grocer, the pharmacy, the doctor's surgery, the cinema, restaurants, etc...

In summer, there are many festivities in the centre of Narbonne Plage. Thanks to the flat's location, you are not bothered by these events at all, while being close enough to walk there (600 metres away) and take part.
