Upstairs, there is a shower room and two separate bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a WC, a living/dining area with satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player and a corner sofa, and a very well-equipped corner kitchen with an oven, a four-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, AMC cookware, a separate large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a kettle.

The approximately 40 m² terrace with a barbecue and garden is enclosed by a fence and hedges. The roof terrace with sea views is also furnished.
